DHS Purchases 21.6 Million More Rounds of Ammunition

I'm not sure how to respond to this without knowing how many rounds of ammunition DHS used over the last 5 years. I would hope that there is a lot of practicing going on but I have no idea how much that would account for.

Yeah, a lot of people don't realize that the US Coast Guard has ships that are practically destroyers.
