No true Libertarian should ever want immigration laws that keep people who want to work out for any reason.

Libertarians support pure free enterprise, and in such a system, there should be no restrictions whatsoever on who a private individual, business, or organization can hire to do work for them. All at-will employment agreements are considered valid, regardless of the ethnicity and/or residency status of the person(s) being hired.

Undocumented worker laws amount to a hiring impediment, and therefore are an affront to a pure free market.

He doesn't own the network on which he broadcasts and therefore doesn't have total freedom to say anything he wants; he has to abide by Clear Channel's TOC.

That's irrelevant. The First Amendment doesn't mean that any station is required to carry him, so bringing the First Amendment into this is silly.

I threw the 1st Amendment in there, because there are some folks that believe that the 1st Amendment isn't restrictive enough.

Be careful what you wish for, it can easily become a two way range and few 'patriots' here have been on one, or have the cojones for one.

Rush has it down cold, be outrageous and flame everyone. He feeds his Rush Trolls and when he gets blowback, why he was just being sarcastic or doing his theater of the absurd... :roll:

Nothing wrong with our nation taking on a bit more flavor. ALL immigrant waves have followed the same path from 'low skill' workers to business leaders. Many early immigrants came here as indentured servants, hardly a high browed entry to this country.

Latinos will be a good addition to a nation of immigrants. Remember the Irish and Eye-taliens were not welcomed with open arms and they somehow managed to blend in... ;)
