Look, you seem to be under some faulty impression that I'm a dittohead, which I'm not. I probably disagree with Rush more than you do, since liberals and conservatives are all in the same authoritarian boat. Much of what he says I find odious. But I'm familiar with what he says, so I'm in a position to criticize him. You, on the other hand, have no ****ing clue and basically admitted as much. Your problem isn't criiticizing Rush, it's that you have no basis for your particular criticism. That is the textbook definition of a logic fail.

Whenever Rush says anything so blatantly egotistical and just plain stupid, his defenders claim he's just being sarcastic, or it was a joke. It's a pattern you can depend on.

If I wanted to, with intent, call somebody a mother****er...and did...then break out laughing and claim I was joking...I still got away with the "intent" to call them a mother****er.

Rush is notorious for playing that game. He knows that he got his punch in with a way out or hopefully minimizing criticism. It's a win-win situation for him.

I bet you believe that Ann Coulter actually said, "women shouldn't be allowed to vote", exactly as I quoted it. Huh?

Demagoguing this issue doesn't make it go away. You have to deal with it and now is as good a time as any. Limbaugh's approach solves nothing, except perhaps a request from his program director to boost listeners.

That said, it's useless unless a plan is in place to ensure that businesses and any employers are mandated to use "card check" in order to ensure that any person they hire is legally able to hold a job in your country - likewise, all government agencies as well as health care providers must also be required to follow a similar process to ensure that only American citizens and/or those who are legally in your country can access and services provided. You must cut off the lifeblood of illegals in your country if you ever hope to stop them from coming.

Why don't you just **** off? Nobody here in the US needs your sanctimonious bull**** or halfassed advice on how to keep undocumented immigrants out of the county. The term "illegal" is obnoxious and offensive, and here in America we hold to the principle that one is innocent until proven guilt, so their immigration status is not illegal until they have been adjudicated as such. And whatever their legality, if somebody wants to come to this country and work we should welcome them, and for the most part we do. It's the American way.

What a load of nonsense. If they came here illegally or overstayed their legal visa - they are illegal aliens and should be deported when we notice them. I find the idiot attempt to reframe their illegal status by renaming them to "undocumented immigrants" insipid. They do not belong here, period, and there should be no welcome for those who break in.

Nonsense - being in your country illegally is a matter of status not a matter to be adjudicated in a court. Contrary to your diatribe, it is the responsibility of a person, when questioned or challenged, to prove their status in your country, not for the government to prove in a court that you are not legally in the country.

As for welcoming immigration - good for you - I agree with that sentiment - we here in Canada also welcome immigration in far larger percentages than the US does and we recognize that legal immigration is a necessity if our aging population is to continue to enjoy the lifestyle we're accustomed to. That does not, however, equate to opening the borders to anyone who happens to want to cross in and take up residence.

Out of curiousity, do you also favor that person who comes to your country to work also taking over your home so they have a place to live too, or do you expect them to legally acquire your home from you first?

Bull****. What's insipid is the suggestion that an undocumented immigrant is automatically illegal without due process. Moreover, it is utterly brainless not to welcome all the hard working immigrants we can possibly get. You fear foreigners, but if you were smart you'd fear the day foreigners no longer want to come here. Allowing these highly motivated folks to come freely and contribute their capital to our economy is just what we need to get our economy back on teams, and it's damnable bigots who want to keep foreigners out based on blind devotion to unjust immigration regulations who are hurting us the most.

Yeah, yeah, play the racism/xenophopia card all you want, but someone here without documents is NOT an immigrant, but an illegal alien subject to deportation. We have millions of true immigrants in this country now, and more coming every day. And they manage to come here legally. There has been no shortage in that influx.

We have absolutely no need for the illegal aliens.
