Major Banks, Governmental Officials and Their Comrade Capitalists Targets of Spire Law Group, LLP's Racketeering and Money Laundering Lawsuit Seeking Return of $43 Trillion to the United States Treasury - MarketWatch

I read the above article but because of the wording, I thought it might be phony because they don't say "alleged", but then I found this:

If this is true, it would be so awesome EXCEPT that we have a corrupt system and a judge will throw it out.

You did observe that this was a press release from the filing law firm, and has a very heavy bias, right?

I sure wish them the best of luck. I agree as regards the "banksters" and think they should be in jail.

You also notice that the plaintiffs are homeowners everywhere and phrases like "protecting the masses" and "stopping all foreclosures" and using the PATRIOT Act as the basis of the suit....Feels like one of those things like selling you documents to declare yourself an independent nation not subject to any US laws, or to allow you to copyright your name so they owe you statutory damages if your name appears in the foreclosure notice, and other such "self-help" schemes that courts LOVE to arrive on their bench.

I did, and I was wondering what it was because a news article doesn't usually come out calling them racketeers, and they always use the word "alleged".
It is a press release. Kudos to Spire Law Group. FINALLY. This should have been a grand jury endictment. It sucks that the MSM are controlled by these bastards because the only way this might ever be effective is if it is a mass expos'e. If it doesn't get out there, this will be quietly dismissed by some paid -off judge. But again, this is the root of all our problems, whether directly or indirect, the bankers and corrupt officials are the parasites that need to be removed. They have used their position to exploit for personal gain and now they are out of control. Now they want our freedom. Spire Law Group recognizes this. I wish everybody would.

Yeah, it's definitely odd.

Denial.............

No chance of that happening.

These Banksters and corporate crooks own everything, the presidency, the congress, the US war machine, and the treasury - not to mention the courts and the media

There is NOTHING the people of the USA can do through normal civilised channels

nothing short of a revolution never seen in the USA before - it will get bloody

The language reflects that it is a civil suit, not a criminal one.

"Alleged" is the way they describe criminal defendants, for the most part.

Anyone can buy stocks in these "evil banks". When I hear people saying that, I hear it as code for "Jewish bankers"

I know, but it really needs to be a criminal case.
