You made a patently false statement. It was shown to be false. Admit your error and drive on.This girl committed no crime......she was the victim. Your example is meaningless as we're not really talking about a court of law, are we? We're not talking about "legal" responsibility.......we're talking about "personal" responsibility, are we not?
The truth is it doesn't matter as to which setting.
