Pretty sad when 60% of americans dont know how many justices sit on the supreme court, especially after the 5-4 vote for obama care.

The U.S. Supreme Court famously upheld President Barack Obama’s health care law last month in a 5-4 decision — and yet, six out of 10 Americans don’t know how many justices sit on the court, according to a new poll released Monday.
A CBS/Vanity Fair survey found that a mere 40 percent knew that the Supreme Court has nine justices, while 11 percent admitted to not knowing and 35 percent said that 12 justices sit on the nation’s highest judicial body; the remaining respondents chose six, seven or 10.

The blatant partisanship of SCOTUS has really diminished their status. Disgusting, really. Surely we could have found a non-partisan method to fill these critical positions. Hello, Meritocracy, this is Specklebang calling, are you there? Oh, when will you be back? Really, never seems like such a long time.
