Barclay bank has a big presencee in america they have two main global headquarters london and NYC.
They are also on the HUGE growing daily list of Crooks thieves and snakes in the wall street big bank money scheme.
The list of these CRIMINALS is endless the amount of the fines growing and their continued avoidance of paying a real price continues while they STEAL every dime they can from the working class and you all continue to just hail them as americas saviors and job creators...and want to de regulate them even more....HAH.
Barclays chief executive Bob Diamond has resigned with immediate effect, the bank said on Tuesday.
The move comes days after the bank was fined a record £290m over for manipulating the Libor, the rate at which banks lend to each, and amid growing calls for Diamond to step down.
In a statement on Tuesday morning he said: "No decision over that period was as hard as the one that I make now to stand down as chief executive.
