Of course it does, Mr. I. There are Occupiers that say the ultimate goal is communism. One of them is an editor of Occupy Wall Street Journal - Jed Brandt. There are more I just can't think of their names right now. I'll look for the video of the Occupy panel where they openly discussed socialism and communism.

This video includes David Graeber who coined the phrase "We are the 99%", Marin Sitrin (OWS lawyer), Stephen Lerner (SEIU/organizer of protests) and Yotam Maram (organizer of New York OWS protests). All of them agree that capitalism needs to be abolished.

Well, to an extent, Democracy inherently has less "freedom", except inasmuch as it is tied to "limited government". Capitalism, however, includes individual autonomy and liberty as an inherent assumption.

What I find interesting is that the conservatives don't like oocupy Wall Street movement however many of the ideals that they represent are things that most conservatives want as well. I think it takes balls to do what these folks are doing even if I don't agree with all the methods. The end result that OWS wants is achieved either way and that is to get people regardless of views to pay closer attention to how our economy operates.

A large part of the problem is that their message is obscured by their methods. There is a difference between peacably assembling and squatting in a public park for months on end. Additionally, these OWS people don't want to face any of the hardships that are inherent to the idea of Revolution. They seem to think that it should come with free HBO, Cinemax, and in-room air conditioner like Motel 6 does. Maybe some of them should visit Valley Forge, PA before they go back to Zuccoti Park. They're a bunch of whiners. Nothing more. I seriously doubt that any significant number of them are/were/would be willing to BLEED for their cause. I even more heavily doubt amny of them would be willing to shed anyone elses blood for their cause. So, No, they should not be looked up to by Conservatives because they're unwilling to walk the talk.

Which is why I argue against them. They may mean well, but they're doing far more harm than good. It's just one gigantic, disorganized cluster ****, and they need to just stop until they can figure out what the hell it is that they're doing.
