The only thing evident in this discussion is that certain people with to limit the meaning of "rights" to a definition that is essentially shared only by libertarians and far right conservatives. Unfortunately, rights are not defined in the real world within that strict definition and at the end of the day, rights were taken away. You seem to have an ability to accept the obvious reality.

employees now have the right to not have their money stolen by a union they don't approve of

so actually, rights were extended,.

You know. Before I realized you were probably mocking, I went out to Yahoo and searched to sustantiate your claim. There really were people - only in the comment sections of various reports on the poll - that claimed that it really was the Koch brothers.
