Obama threatened, called 'monkey' by ex-Carson council candidate

DuBois, in his article "Black Folk and Birth Control, " noted the "inevitable clash of ideals between those Negroes who were striving to improve their economic position and those whose religious faith made the limitation of children a sin." He criticized the "mass of ignorant Negroes" who bred "carelessly and disastrously so that the increase among [them] … is from that part of the population least intelligent and fit, and least able to rear their children properly."

Apdst, what do you think of the article you provided? Do you agree or disagree with those points?

I've already proven that the Negro Project was an attempt to exterminate the black population. WEB Dubois' involvement is pretty much self explanatory after that. He knew what was going on and he knew why it was going on.

No. what you are doing is engaging in circular reasoning or sometimes called circular logic.

Circular reasoning - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

your reasoning goes like this

1- Margaret Sanger was a racist who was trying to destroy the Black race.

When I point out that she had the support of the leading African American of the era - W E B Du Bois - you then conclude that

2- Du Bois was selling out his own race in an act of genocide because he supported Sanger who we already know was trying to destroy the Black race.

You are caught in your own fallacy.

Do you have any independent verifiable historical proof other than your own questionable and fallaciious assertions about Sanger and her association with Du Bois that W E B DuBois was participating knowingly in the genocide of his own race?

So, I'm wrong, since you say I'm wrong? Might not want to take that to the bank.

I agree with the historical facts that are included in the link. It ain't rocket science.

Do you agree with duBois's critique of the "ignorant" Negro? I do not wish to seem like a "race traitor," yet then again I don't care. I think it is ignorant to have children you can't afford, and then use the welfare system and suck it dry.

All debates about ideology are pointless. Ideology is not a club. Nobody speaks for anyone else. What is the point? Who cares what Sanger thought? She isn't on this forum. Let's discuss issues, and our own opinions.

I agree, but that's no excuse for committing genocide.

Politics IS ideology.

Why do you then debate here?

What is the genocide part. [I really don't know much about these people] Is it forced abortions, or something that forces people to kill?

So, I'm wrong, since you say I'm wrong? Might not want to take that to the bank.

You are engaging in the fallacy of circular reasoning. You hate it when I try to educate and inform you but this is a perfect example where you badly need to learn how debate works.

You cannot put forth a proposition :

1) Margaret Sanger was trying to extreminate the Black race

and when somebody points out that she had the support of leading African Americans of the day and you are obviously incorrect in your allegation, you then state that

2) Du Bois was selling out his own race by proof of his involvement with Sanger who was trying to exterminate the Black race.

You are using one as proof for the other when neither is proved independent of your own allegations and really bad interpretations of history.

A basic class in debate would have taught you the fallacy of what you are attempting to do here.

Margaret Sanger admitted that she wanted to exterminate the black population.

Father Coughlin was an anti-Semitic bastard. He was also a Conservative.

see? I can play the game too.

and you think its honest & intelligent to criticise Liberal-Progressivism by bringing up a woman who's been dead for 45 years??????

No different than Libbos criticize Conservatives by bringing up events that happene 150 years ago.

Margaret Sanger admitted that she wanted to exterminate the black population.

Interesting. Though, I do agree with the points in that quote you provided.

Could you please provide the support which proves this charge?

Sanger had the support of prominent African American leaders and those in the medical community at that time. Your charge is ridiculous.

And you have yet to provide anything on the charge against DuBois other than your own fallacious circular reasoning which fails miserably outside of other verifiable evidence.

Woodrow Wilson was a racist and a Leftist Democrat. FDR--another Leftist Democrat--opened America's concentration camps.

This is a game you will lose.

Henry Ford was a wealthy American industrialist. He hated Unions and worked to destroy them. And he hated Jews with a passion.

Its looking bad for Conservatives.

What movements or foundations did Father Coughlin create? I'm confused about your basis for comparison.

Abe Lincoln was a racist and an anti-semite, so were US Grant and William T. Sherman. Marry Todd Lincoln came for a slaveholding family.

The Nazis had the support of prominant French politicians, too. Were those Frenchmen any less responsible for the Holocaust? There were also Fins, Danes, Norwegians and Dutchmen who supported the Nazis. Are they excused, too?

None. In fact, Coughlin was a Leftist.

Early in his career Coughlin was a vocal supporter of Franklin D. Roosevelt and his early New Deal proposals, before later becoming a harsh critic of Roosevelt as too friendly to bankers.[2] In 1934 he announced a new political organization called the National Union for Social Justice. He wrote a platform calling for monetary reforms, the nationalization of major industries and railroads, and protection of the rights of labor.
