Texas Redistricting Plan Thrown Out by Court

And so how would that work for me. Right now, I have a state Rep who lives in my community and knows my community and is responsive to my community. It looks like under your plan, I just might NOT have that anymore.

It's about representation. Redistrict so that blacks don't get representation, then it is unconstitutional.
