Wow... Another example of

images

Yeah, so why don't you pull your fingers out of your ears and listen.

Have you ever in your career seen a false allegation levied against someone?

Where someone was actually arrested based on false testimony?

Have you never seen someone lie for money?

To pretend that a movement that directly challenges our current economic situation would not have every available weapon used against them by those who cqn afford LOTS of available weapons is completely ridiculous.

Simple partisanship alone would be enough to get some to actively seek to damage the movement. Rep King plainly said to do so.

Of course it should be under judicial review, but if we're being honest these protesters are endangering other people, violating other's rights in some cases, and otherwise stepping outside of their own individual rights because they think they can. I have no sympathy for these jackasses and it's pretty obvious they are in the wrong.
Can you provide a specific example of how protesters are endangering non-protesters?
Can you point me to the specific right of others their actions are somehow inhibiting?

Now it is my turn to play the "no evidence" game.

Where is your evidence that others are using any tactics to silence you? No evidence?

Do people understand that sometimes descent is sometimes needed? Descent is patriotic. Its needed in democracy. Its needed for a democracy to work. This is real democracy right now. Descent is the highest form of patriotism.
Do you mean "dissent"? I understand dissent is also a great way to start a revolution. A revolution that could change a republic into a socialist nation, or a democracy, etc.

Not mine personally, but the forced eviction of protesters could be seen by a great many as an attempt to silence them.

More graffiti in Oakland.

Or enforce the law and uphold public safety.......

Ummm how is this endangering non-protesters and what right of theirs is this violating... I am confused.

Graffiti of public transportation signs is a crime against the public and society.

Protesters tearing down fences put up around city hall......

You're no fun at parties at all, are you? ;)

Very true but you quoted me where I asked for an example of endangering non-protesters and infringment of non-protester rights.... "a crime against the public and society." does not answer either of these questions.

Caine, no amount of pictures will dissuade cop-haters.

If someone graffitis up a sign where it cannot be read, and then someone who doesn't already know that rule at the intersection goes through it and causes a crash................................

Then why is your uncaptioned image hosted on a San Antonio website? How are we supposed to know that your picture was taken in Oakland? Because you say so? :lamo

And have you ever heard of hotlinking? I believe that is illegal (bandwidth theft)... which, according to your own posts, makes you a criminal, does it not?

Now you are just trolling.

So if an image hosted on the New York Times for their reporting purposes is a picture capturing something that happened in Washington DC its not trustworthy?

You surely are a genius..

Why is it that some people refuse to believe what's right in front of their eyes?

Evidence of a protester being silenced:

In this Oct. 25, 2011 photo, 24-year-old Iraq War veteran Scott Olsen lies on the ground bleeding from a head wound after being struck by a projectile during an Occupy Wall Street protest in Oakland, Calif. Olsen suffered a fractured skull while marching with other protesters attempting to reestablish a presence in the area of the disbanded camp, said Dottie Guy, of the Iraq Veterans Against the War. Police Chief Howard Jordan says an internal review board and local prosecutors have been asked to determine if officers on the scene used excessive force. (AP Photo/Jay Finneburgh)
