Senator Pushing Toward Tobacco ban in the MLB

What is riskier? Rubbing a bit of tobacco while playing baseball or having the government send you to Afghanistan?

Durbin is a slimy little weasel, there seems to be no freedom in this country he wants to leave alone. I cannot stand that dirtbag.
 
This is preposterous. With all of today's problems, this is nothing.
 
And the worst thing about it is he's using the "it's for the children" argument, that is such a ridiculously overused logical fallacy it's actually become a cliche.
 
See, once you refuse to tell government to shove its rules up its ass, they know they always come back for more.
 
Instead of getting a pie and throwing it at Durbin, perhaps a few dozen industrial chaw chewers should grab some Beechnut, Redman and others, spit into a bucket for a week or two and give Durbin a nice chaw-shower at his next public event. I think that'll get the message across to him.

Durbin is pretty thick headed it appears, I don't think any contrarial ideas would ever get through.
