Perry Sticking to His Guns on Social Security

You know someone's crazy when they say the Republican's are a centrist-liberal party. I really wish scientists would hurry up and build a time machine so we could send you home. What century are you from, anyway?

12th-13th Century Norman-controlled Ireland, specifically.

I wonder if you all realize that all this hyperpartisan rhetoric does absolutely nothing to help with the mess we're in, or encourage the partisans on the Right to behave any better, or really accomplish anything other than fulfill the expectations of the Right about how much the Left hates them.

In short, the way half of you are ranting isn't helping anything, and it damn sure isn't making the country any more united. The difference between you and the hyperpartisan Right is just whether you've got a D or R on your jersey, from where I stand.

Goshin your right its a two way street and I have been fortunate to watch it from both sides of the spectrum for alot of years...as a republican for decades, I do not like to this day far left progressives and their failed ideals and that is a long list of failures...I think its time that affirmative action ended and I separate the partisan stances that are just for votes and have no real substance...like the left embracing womans issues for votes <abortion> and the right embracing the religious right for votes.
Right now today as I SEE IT and I stress to you its how I see it and my opinion...that this new far right is worse for american that anything the far left has done...They want to attack everything an anything and its apparent to me its all for personal gain...I do not sense that anything the teaparty is doing is from their heart for the good of the country its all about them and keeping all thier money at all costs and that includes all human costs...there is a callousness that I find incredible as a moderate conservative.
The debate the other night and teaparty supporters in the audience that yelled out let the guy with no insurance die....says it all about who they are....Thered things about both sides I cant stand....but I along with everyone else only have two choices....its one or the other.
