I'll tell you what to make of it: if the government wasn't acting so squirrelly, those companies would spend that money. As long as we have Obamacare still in place and the threat of higher taxes, no one is going to spend money, because they don't have any idea what the cost of doing business is going to be over the next couple of years.
 
From the looks of it, all the ones marked in yellow are companies that the government gave billions of dollars to in the last few years. Companies that Timmy Geithner said were about to collapse and bring ruin on all of us.
 
They don't spend twice as much as they bring in???
 
Who can explain this to me, please?
It seems to me that more of these companies are foreign.

That makes two of us. I don't get what the point of comparing would be. I guess I'd need to know if at any other point(s) in history, we had been higher on the list.
