More hate against a man that took drugs for pain
Then he didn't take enough, because he's still a pain.

Sadly, the flag code debate has happened many many times on DP. Every single time it goes nowhere.
Why the selective outrage over this particular instance?
If your interpretation of the flag code is correct,
I personally think there are bigger problems with Rush Limbaugh's tea than the flag code violations.
Oh, this isn't a debate. It's a fact.
I'm familiar with those flag code "debates" you refer to. I was involved in many of them. My outrage is not selective.
I can't see anything worse going on here than disrespect to the flag. Disrespect to the flag is a heck of a lot worse than lousy tea.
It's not a debate when people have differing interpretations of the flag code. If it wasn't a debate then why would anyone even argue your point? The fact remains that they do. Regardless of how misguided you think they are, a debate does exist.
I'm not talking about flag code debates. I'm talking about flag code violations all over our culture and in various retail shops. It is selective outrage because I don't see you foaming at the mouth over them. I see you foaming at the mouth over this particular issue.[/QUOTE]If your interpretation of the flag code is correct,
You must not be looking at me very hard. I have the same problem with Ralph Lauren as I have with Rush Limbaugh.
So I'm not patriotic unless I give Rush Limbaugh, the person who has probably contributed the most to convincing the more simple minded conservatives of the country that all liberals are evil, 24 dollars so that he can donate a buck or two or maybe alittle more to a very worthy cause?
Sorry, not buying his bull**** or yours apdst.
Got a tea shipment but I ordered raspberry and received 12 pack of diet and 12 pack of diet. Called the company they said keep the tea received and they would send what I ordered,
My wife hates diet drinks. This diet tea does not taste like diet it is good. My wife was mad about the mistake but is impressed by how good the tea is.
Your hate will stop you from buying great tasting tea
Your hate will stop you from buying great tasting tea
This whole buy a product with percentage going to good cause is a tricky thing.
It makes it easy to donate money to a cause. It also allows a company to prey on your good conscience.
I have always wondered about Girl Scout cookies. Who can turned down a little girl scout selling those wonderful Mint cookies. But how much do they really get off the dollar? It is a win-win for the cookie manufacturer as they do not have to pay for adverisement or a middleman. Without the cookie sell how many of us would actually take the time to give money to the scouts?
As in this case of Limbaugh, it is once him wrapping himself in the flag to prove how much more patriotic he is than others. If he was really patriotic (for a draft dodger) then why not just ship every single bottle to our boys in the Middle East where they could use a cold ice tea.
If someone claims ultra-patriotism, it is crappy to use it to sell some crap. I use it because I believe in it. I carry it onward, to foreign lands. My tea is different.
Him and his garbage can go to hell.
There, now Guy got me upset. I hope you're all happy. Damn Rush piece of crap.
Then he didn't take enough, because he's still a pain.

Just out of curiosity, but I've noticed that you seem to be kind of pimping out the product in some of your posts. Do you work for the company or something?
It really has nothing to do with hatred or disliking good tea. I don't think people give that much of a **** about it. Regardless, if people disagree with the politics of Rush Limbaugh, why would they pay for a product from which he profits? And no, the military donation has nothing to do with it. That's merely a distraction so Rush can later claim that those who don't buy the tea are unpatriotic. If people truly support the military, they can simply make a donation to that foundation without giving any money to Rush.
No I am not letting hate dictate me like liberals here
So your hate is the problem no matter what anyone says about the tea
Huh? How does that even begin to answer my question? I realize you are a fan of Rush, but your defense of him and whoring his product out are a tad overboard. Also, disagreeing politically with someone isn't the same as hate. How can anyone actually hate Rush Limbaugh? They don't even know him personally. They may hate the character he portrays over the airwaves, but that's such a tiny fraction of who he is as a person. So, even if they do have hate for his on-air character, it's not personal.
You can call it hate all you want, but disagreeing with someone is not the same thing as hatred.
I showed they screwed up my order but the tea is great.
Your hate would never let you admit Rush could do anything right
The people spewing crap about oxy shows their hate
Exactly, which has little to do with the topic at hand and more to do with your personal experience. How does the taste even figure into the topic? You sound like you are pimping out the product.
You know nothing about me or my feelings about Rush.
