Sarah Palin's Writing Analyzed

I get pretty creative with insults. I try to refrain from using those here so as not to anger the Gods.

Took me a while to learn that restraint. Lots of infractions...

I usually just vent it off in chat or put the person on ignore for a little bit. I have my warning, and I'd like to keep it to just a warning.

I bet yer hot when yer angry ;)

A hot mess, maybe. I get very red in the cheeks (Irish roots) and usually I end up crying. I don't cry when I'm hurt, but I cry when I'm angry. Frustrating as hell, that.

I do that too. I HATE it.

Stupid tear ducts! I had a boss once who made me so mad that all I could do was sit there and cry until I was excused from his office. He thought he had hurt my feelings and started treating me like some fragile little flower. I couldn't get him to understand that calling me a "trained monkey" who "doesn't get paid to think" wasn't hurtful, it was infuriating.

My article on that very subject.

Tears of Rage: Why Women Cry when Angry - Associated Content from Yahoo! - associatedcontent.com

It's something I've always wondered. Crying when angry is one thing I would definitely change if I could.

Great article, BD! :)

Jesus, if someone ever said that to me I'd cut them into little pieces and feed them to dogs.

Say whatever you will about my ideology, but you can guarantee that if I were put in charge, manners would improve.

This particular man and "little man" syndrome. He didn't discriminate in who he treated like utter crap. Because it was a very small company, all HR complaints ran through him, so filing a complaint was not only pointless, but also risky. I was absolutely furious with what he said and it took everything in me not to quit on the spot. Instead, I just found a new job, closer to home, and killed him with kindness when I turned in my two weeks notice. Should have seen the look on his face when I turned down a 20% raise.

The Global Language Monitor » About

In 2003 Payack, created the Global Language Monitor to carry on the media analysis functions began at YDC. (For example, YDC was the first dictionary to publish its annual Word of the Year WOTY ™ lists.)

How to improve your own score:

1) Make sure every sentence you write starts with this word:

pneaumonultramicroscopicsilicovelkonakaeniosis.

2) Refer to your email as electronicinternetmailfromacomputer.

3) Say "myself" instead of "I". That gains you one syllable and probably half a grade of learning.

4) Say Allyoupeopleoutthere instead of "you". That'll gain you a whole grade easily.

5) Don't use ANY word that a politician uses, unless you want to be graded as a moron.

6) Never use any word shorter than Tucker Case's penis, unless you want to be regarded as brain dead.

7) Try using some Russian words. Some of those are very long (I hear one actually has more than 100 letters in it, and means nothing at all, but who cares?).

8) Don't get your news from AOL. They dumb everything down, because they believe that we are all dumber than a box of rocks.

9) But maybe we all are.

10) Finally uninstall Microsoft Word from your computer. Then you don't have to worry about all this silly crap.

Actually, I confirmed it. As soon as I put in footnotes, my scores dropped significantly.

One should proofread her own post for errors before accusing another of being stupid.

One should claim to be something other than a feminist if one votes for Team Rape.

Your post is team rape? Certainly. My mind has been violated.

too bad her verbal skills are so poor.

Not to mention History lack of knowledge, and her ability to differentiate between "gotcha" questions and just run of the mill questions. (Anything she can't defend or answer, is a "gotcha" question.)
