It looks like young Democrats are making the difference, Republicans remain opposed.

For First Time, Majority of Americans Favor Legal Gay Marriage

PRINCETON, NJ -- For the first time in Gallup's tracking of the issue, a majority of Americans (53%) believe same-sex marriage should be recognized by the law as valid, with the same rights as traditional marriages. The increase since last year came exclusively among political independents and Democrats. Republicans' views did not change.

A good sign that the last bastions of hatred and bigotry are starting to die off in the United States.

And eventually, polygamy will be legal, too!!!

If gay marriage is finally legalized, it will a big win for individual liberty.

As I said to a Gay friend of mine in 1980: "in the next decade gay marriage and gays in the army will be the norm." So I was off by a couple of decades!
