Violence in another Mc Donalds almost kills customer

Well, at least hate crime charges may be filed. It would be different if the victim was white without any deformities or mental conditions. Then it could never be a hate crime.

I'm not touching this thread or any of the specifics with a 10 foot pole.

I just wanted to say thanks for teaching me the term "chokeslam", I think it is far superior to the old school "bodyslam" and I am a personal fan of the tactic in general.

"It does appear that the victim was a transgender woman, and she was brutalized while people stood by and watched," said Lisa Polyak, vice president of the board of directors for Equality Maryland, an advocacy organization that fought unsuccessfully in the past legislative session for greater protections for transgender individuals. "There's no excuse for that violence under any circumstances, but we would encourage police to investigate as a hate crime."

The police report does not provide a motive, but quotes one of the suspects saying that the fight was "over using a bathroom."

If the motivation for the attack was because the person was white, it would be a hate crime.
 
I vow, here and now, to NEVER frequent McDonalds again. Years ago, I scratched Walmart off my list. Today, I scratch off Mickey Deez. You've gone Black, McDonalds, and you've lost this White customer, forever.

If the motivation was becasue she was Transgender they should be prosecuted under the hate crime laws....as well.

Standard conservative procedure is to blow anything said to the most extreme possible interpretation. For example, if I mention a case of racism against a black person without also explicitly mentioning that there are black people racist against whites, I clearly must absolutely mean that there's no such thing as being racist against white people. If I mention support for a minor tax on some random aspect of life, I must also clearly support raising taxes to 100% on all income for all of the population, creating a pure socialist/communist/fascist/etc country. Support for any new regulation must indicate that I clearly always support all regulation over every aspect of every person's life, down to what they have for breakfast. There's no middle ground.

Conversely, this rule does not actually apply to conservatives. Just because conservatives believe in "smaller government" does not mean they also believe in "zero government," a complete disbanding of the United States as an entity and creating pure anarchy. That's just ridiculous, dishonest liberal "debating!"

Although I don't agree with some peoples idea of sexual orientation but that said, no one has a license to assault a person to a inch of their life, especially when their down.
