Prosser gains 7,500 votes in Waukesha County

I have a feeling if we loked at the history of all county clerks (rep and dem) we'd find many similar histories. As we learned from Hilary and Obama, such mistakes are not at all uncommon.

Its not uncommon however this clerk has been given immunity to election fraud before this fresco but it not that uncommon for mistakes to happen. However, most of those I would chalk up to election official errors unless she had not been a former employ of Posser who had also a somewhat negative record ie was given immunity apparently from another election fraud case were she also found votes that favored the Republicans in most of the cases apparently. So, yeah I can't blame the WI Democrats for crying foul.

I am squashing the conspiracy theorists now.

Here is the document that Brookfield posted election night. As can be seen, it contains the numbers that were found by Waukesha County. It is CLEARLY a clerical error. Think about it, if the ~14000 votes found are taken away, that leaves Brookfield with ZERO votes. Is that really a possibility? Does anyone really believe no one voted in Brookfield?

“We went over everything and made sure all the numbers jived up and they did…everything we went over yesterday afternoon and today, all those numbers jived up and we’re satisfied that it’s correct. And I’m with the Democratic Party, Vice Chair of Waukesha County, so I’m not going to stand here and tell you something that’s not true.”

The Democrat Party of Waukesha verified the results and the Kloppenburg campaign is currently in Waukesha to do the same.

There is no conspiracy here.

I am glad the election turned out the way it did. When the votes are certified, this needs to be over. Recounts will only politicize the Court even more, and stopping that is more important than anything else now. The Court has been politicized too far already, I only hope we can repair that damage. Shame on everyone who turned our courts into politics. Prosser is the new SC Justice of Wisconsin. Finalize it.

she also found votes that favored the Republicans in most of the cases apparently.

Of course she found republican votes. She's in Waukesha, a republican stronghold in WI. In Dane county the canvas uncovered additional votes for Kloppenburg. In Dane county the canvas probably always uncovers additional net votes for dems. So, since the clerk in Dane county is a democrat, is he committing fraud? Of course not.

Got some proof of that? If so, then you know more than Tim Pawlenty, who certified that election. And when I say proof, I mean hard evidence, not some opinion piece from myguylostsoiamwhining.com.

The rest of the world is aware of bing.com/yahoo.com, and other search engines. Some fools even still prefer the politicized and manipulated google.com.

Since the fact of Franken's magical voting growing apparatus are part of the recent public record, it's certain you won't have that much difficulty finding it.

Nope, Danarhea is quite correct in his posting. But some are so drenched in partisan blinding they can never truly see the light.

Funny Business in Minnesota Under Minnesota law, election officials are required to make a duplicate ballot if the original is damaged during Election Night counting. Officials are supposed to mark these as "duplicate" and segregate the original ballots. But it appears some officials may have failed to mark ballots as duplicates, which are now being counted in addition to the originals. This helps explain why more than 25 precincts now have more ballots than voters who signed in to vote. By some estimates this double counting has yielded Mr. Franken an additional 80 to 100 votes.

Yawn.

Okay, Mayor Snorkum (yawns) again to make letters.

She should be sacked for her egregious failure to follow established cyber-security practices with sensitive data. But as an elected official I am not sure if that is an option.

The practices and professionalism should be investigated and the state of Wisconsin allowed to make it's own decision. If the nation started firing government employees because of incompetence we'd be swamped with unemployed unskilled labor and not enough dirty dishes to keep them busy.

More from that link:

The Times reported election lawyers representing both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton agreeing that it is "not uncommon" to see such mistakes "made by weary inspectors rushing on election night to transcribe columns of numbers."

There's an easy solution to this matter.

The people have no immediate need to see "instant" results, and that desire should not override the need for accurate results. Therefore, early results of elections should not be made public, only the final official count.

That would have prevented Dan Blather's deliberate attempt to skew the vote in Floriduh towards Al Gore in 2000, not to mention whatever effect it had on states in time zones to the west who's polls were still open (all of them). Fortunately, SeeBS's efforts at blatant manipulation failed.

There should be a 24 hour moratorium on poll result, after the last poll for a given elective office is closed. And for US presidential elections, that means when the Guamanian polls close.

You're presenting a wet dream as substantiation of your position?

More power to you.

The Mayor isn't going to step in it.

the Mayor just did and revealed his own sick fantasies. Far too much information to be shared. Why is it that so many of you righties have to bring in your icky fantasies and perversions in political discussions?

I guess it is too far of a stretch to ask you to honestly react to something based on other than your own skewed self imposed ideologically extreme belief system.

The Mayor did react honestly. He said "ewwww" and stepped away quickly.

In all circumstances the report to the privately owned Associated Press is irrelevant and what clearly occured was the equivalent of forgetting to add in the electric bill when calculating the monthly budget but remembering to write the check when it was due.

The AP is irrelevant, the correct count was forwarded to the right people in the required time alotted.

Oh.

I forgot.

That was an analogy and you've proven yourself immune to analagy and reason.

You have proven that you think comparing apples to cinderblocks is appropriate and clever to boot. And then you wonder why you chipped your tooth on that nice grey but heavy piece of pie?

We have become the instant satisfaction country. Hell, people already are doing polls for the 2012 election. You have the polls before an election and then you have the exit polls because we just can't take the suspense. Then the news media has to make their quick projections based on a small percentage of votes in.

It would be funny if there was a 24 hour moratorium as the news station would just be in a hissy fit waiting.

Wellll..... I can't get your first link to load so.....? (Duh duh DUHN!)

But seriously, my post was more addressing the obnoxiously mocking nature of fate recently.

Of course the lady who used to work for the guy in question, who is under prosecutory immunity for some election related offense, who has discovered an error on her part twice before that resulted in the flipping of a close election for the Republican candidate, who has sole access to the entire election data system, who has been informed of the inadequacy of her system and refuses to change anything only made another mistake that resulted in the Republican candidate winning when a key battle for the direction of this country hinges on the ideological balance of that court at this time.

Of course. Happens all the time.

Sometimes it's just the irony that offends.

The Mockery of Fate. :2wave:

From the same county clerk? I seriously doubt it.

You already did when you said the exact samething about Minnesota that Liberals are saying about Wisconsin. You stepped into it big time, and now you somehow want to claim the high road here? Sorry, but I read you like a book.

Prosser camp open to Waukesha County-only recount - JSOnline

Updated but not yet final results compiled by the Journal Sentinel Friday showed Prosser ahead by 6,744 votes out of nearly 1.5 million cast

Klopp was ahead by 200, and they found an additional 7,500 votes for Prosser in Waukesha. So, since Prooser is now only ahead by 6744, the state must have found an additional 550 votes for Klopp when compared to the total first given to the media. I'll bet you most of those votes came from democrat counties containing democrat clerks. It must be fraud, I tell you.

Al Franken's team was creating votes that weren't in any connected to a voter.

In Wisconsin they discovered they failed to add in a whole city of real people who voted.

And you want to pretend the two events are similar because you can't handle reality. Well, too damn bad for you, and elections are supposed to be honest, not produce the results you people want.

The angst of the Left stems from the fact that the honest election results seemed to be close enough that they could pull their usual Daley/Franken Fraud game and put their patsy on the Court, but since over 7000 honest votes were found, quite legitimately apparently, they're stuck with sour grapes and bad whine.

Once again, prove it. Show me. Just because you say it's so, doesn't mean it is. And if you have proof, you had better show it to Tim Pawlenty, who certified the Minnesota election.

I keep asking you to prove it, and you never do, but keep bringing it back up, so I am calling BS on this. Put your money where your mouth is.

Proof was provided. The rabid dog does not drink when led to water.

So now the AP is going to be the gatekeeper of honesty for election results?

It is my understanding that the only thing that happened is that she neglected to report these totals to the AP. Who the hell is the AP?

Did we have a recount when "Dewey beat Truman"??
