SD governor signs 3-day wait for abortion into law

Not at all. My argument is that once the fetus is capable of feeling pain, it is alive, to a certain extent. Many theories of ethics use this is a determination of what we should treat with deference.
No, no. If you're gonna claim pro-lifers are wrong or inconsistent to be anti-contraception (a position that makes zero sense to me), you can't be drawing your own arbitrary lines, not and be consistent yourself.

Well, aren't you proud....liberals succeeded with an end run around the constitution....bravo.

How is it an "end run around the Constitution?" It's legal, the Supreme Court has held that it's Constitutional. No "end run" here. Among those who tacitly acknowledged it are such liberal luminaries as George W. Bush. He advocated an Amendment making it illegal -- why would he say the Constitution needed to be changed if it weren't Constitutional?

Now you may take issue with the morality. But the Constitutionality of legal abortion has been upheld by the Supreme Court time and time again.
