This is AWESOME!!!! Arrest them and put them in jail for at LEAST 6 months.... then fire em!!!

Senate Republicans Thursday ordered the forcible detention of their 14 Democratic colleagues, who fled the state two weeks ago to avoid a vote on Gov. Scott Walker's controversial budget repair bill.
It's unclear whether the resolution and warrants seeking to force the senators back to the Capitol are legal. The state constitution prohibits the arrest of legislators while in session unless they're suspected of committing felonies, treason or breach of the peace.
However, an attorney for Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald, R-Juneau, said rounding up the senators is legal under a constitutional provision that allows the Senate to enforce its own rules.
Democrats say the Republicans are overreaching, and they have consulted an attorney for an opinion on whether the GOP actions are legal.
"The Republicans have gone around the bend," said Sen. Chris Larson, D-Milwaukee. "They've just increased their bullying tactics and are producing an even greater divide in our state."

What better place for these fleebaggers than in "zee coolah". Sounds great to me ... round up these cry babies, put em on flat wagons so we can throw rotten tomatoes at em!

There is still the issue of Pay they won't be getting and now as of tomorrow they are being fined $100 a day for not showing up for business.

It would take only one for a vote to be allowed and that would be great news for all Americans, because it would meant States might have the guts to fight for control of out of control wages and benefits that are killing our economy.

I propose we place them in a cell with Lindsay Lohan. Or would that be considered cruel and unusual punishment?

Better yet, make them listen to Charlie Sheen rants 24x7... though that may be considered "torture".

It's a nice thought, but lacks anything even remotely resembling legal precedent.

And sucking off the taxpayers pocketbook to run and hide in another state seems on the up-and-up to you?

The only problem with this, is if the guys end up in jail, than you have yet further delays in establishing a quorum.

It does to me, sometimes you have to go to extremes to do what is right.

and Wisconsin not joining the other 26 states (and federal government) which limit the collective bargaining of their employees is one of those issues that you find worthy of a temporary overturning of democracy?
