A 20-year-old Saudi student has been charged with attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction and may have targeted former President George W. Bush, the Justice Department said Thursday.
FBI agents arrested Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari, who was admitted into the United States in 2008 on a student visa, in Texas on Wednesday. The Justice Department accuses him of purchasing chemicals and equipment to make an improvised explosive device.

Aldawsari, a chemical engineering student at South Plains College near Lubbock, allegedly referred to Bush's Dallas home as a "tyrant's house" and may have contemplated using dolls and baby carriages to blow up dams, nuclear plants or the Bush home in Dallas, the Justice Department said.
"It is war ... until the infidels leave defeated," the student wrote in online postings.

I am just glad that this goofy kid wasn't caught in a sting operation.

It looks so much better when it's done like this one was handled.

Now get to wait and see if he is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law or the Obama Administration finds some way to go easy on this Islamic Cultist.

the tack they are taking is what happened, isn't it? probably focusing on bush because that's a newsmaker.

There has to be an end to Muslim immigration. They are just not worth the potential risk, or the hassle.

I read an article a couple of weeks ago, which i should have kept, from a Canadian Islamic leader who said that Canada has to be much more strict as to which Muslims enter the country.

We should keep in mind that Muslims like this guy hurt the reputation of all Muslims.

What you said will not cause Muslim countries to stop hating us, it will only serve to increase terrorism. Believe it or not, it is mainly the Muslim fundies who hate and want to do harm. It seems that most Muslims actually agree with a lot of US rhetoric about freedom and democracy, see here and here as well as here

Which muslim army is attacking us again? With bombs and tanks and centers of productions oriented against our military power?
Or are you talking about mercilessly slaughtering civilians until they give in? Because I think if you did that you may face opposition from your own allies.

But I dont expect anything too much more than nihilism from the right most of the time.
