WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal from a lawyer who has been in the forefront of the challenge to President Barack Obama's citizenship.

The high court on Monday did not comment in refusing to hear the appeal filed by California lawyer and dentist Orly Taitz. She was contesting a $20,000 fine for filing what a federal judge determined was a frivolous lawsuit.

The suit was filed on behalf of Army Capt. Connie Rhodes, who sought to avoid deployment to Iraq by claiming Obama wasn't born in the United States and thus, is ineligible to be president and commander in chief.

They should increase the fine for further wasting the court's time.

And even direct evidence contradicting their beliefs only serves to solidify the conspiracy theory. The brain is such a weird thing.

I think it could become one of the biggest stories in the History of the Oval Office if at some point it turns out that Obama was elected illegally because he was born in Kenya.

I'm not saying he was, I just question why he has gone to such lengths and spent an estimated 2 mill8on bucks, to hide his records from all of his schooling and has never produced a legal official Birth Certificate.

All I am saying it's curious.

I have speculated that he is hiding school records because he may have barely slid by with low grades which was why I said if those who have legitimate questions are Birthers I have dubbed Obama based on poor grades an F-er.

Funny, the exact same "I'm not saying it was....I'm just asking questions" line is the same bull**** that 9/11 truthers still use.

You are no different then a truther

I looked around once and couldn't find any actual evidence that Obama ever did spend that much on legal defense. (also, the number gradually climbs, first it was 700k, then a million, then two.)

He also has produced a legal birth certificate.

So, congratulations, you're a conspiracy theorist.
