well this book as been removed from Amazon.. so it's kind of not in society anymore

Amazon is not the end all be all of book sales. Nor should this book ever be struck as illegal. Those movements can only be championed by despots and tyrants.

Nobody has a right to publish their book... it's up to the publishers... I don't know of a publisher who would take this book and publish it now... It could happen, but I kind of don't see it happening

I didn't say that. I merely said that Amazon is not the end all be all of book sales and that this book shouldn't be made illegal, as in the use of government force against the ability to publish (publisher availablity aside). Please read.

Wrong, EVERYBODY has a right to publish their book. The RIGHT is not to be determined by the publisher.

He's entitled to his opinion. It's no fundamentally different from someone who wants, say, marijuana to be more acceptable and for them to get lesser time in jails and prisons. You can agree with their opinion or not, but surely you wouldn't suggest that they be locked up merely for voicing that opinion. The main difference, as far as I can tell, is that most people are just more outraged by child molestation than other illegal acts. Well, too bad. That isn't a good enough reason to deny someone their freedom of speech.

Actually the publisher has every right to reject any book that is brought to his/her desk.

Yes, he does, but that doesn't mean that someone doesn't have the right to have their book published. They can do it themselves if they want to. Nothing stops them.
