Hey thanks, I'll hit those when i get home. In Abilene atm at my parents, taking kids to Denton tomorrow to drop off with the ex afore heading back to San Antonio.

Yes, they must think the escorts in front and back of the oversize loads must have an unusual hobby.

Containers over 100,000 lbs do not need escorts.

Note the bolded part.

Sorry!!!!

Better yanken a container, than choking a chicken in a truck stop.

 I hear ya....I don't know if it is just down here, but the container yankers down here think they literally own the roads...Jumping in and out of lanes, going 80 mph, cutting you off if you are going to slow for their liking...Are you guy's paid by the timing? or what?

The cans are strictly back hauls for us. When we haul machinery into the port, they try to screw us into hauling a couple of empty cans up north on our drop decks. If the money is right, we leave with a couple of 23-foot cans chained up, if not we don’t worry too much about it.

Oh, ok....Usually you sorts aren't bad at all then....It's the ones that haul them full time, O/Os with the trucks held together with duct tape, and haulin' arse.
