Federal investigators slapped the Republican Party of Florida with a subpoena seeking financial records as part of a wide-ranging corruption probe by the FBI, IRS and U.S. Attorney's Office, the Herald/Times has learned.

The subpoena, delivered Election Day, sought documents related to big spending by top Republican honchos who were given party-paid American Express cards.

Top RPOF officials and investigators declined to comment on the federal probe or the subpoena.

What can I say, except "Here we go again". I have come to believe only one truth - That no matter which party, politicians are crooks. Please tell your sons and daughters that, if faced with a choice, they should aspire to be drug dealers and prostitutes when they grow up, rather than politicians.

I sense the makings of a fiiiine country western song, Dan.

Just makes me sick. You are sooo right.

It had to be FLA. again. The home of the hanging chad.

Turns out the chads hang almost every time if you put more than one ballot at a time in the slot and then try to punch it.

What I want to know id why is Hairless Reid of Nevada not beint investigated for vote fraud after he went into the Nov, Election 4 points being in the pole just prior to the voting, then the exit polls showed him losing and yet he comes out 5 points ahead.

Add to that the accusations the the SEIU controlled voting machines had been tampered with before the election.

And next look at who was in charge of making sure everything was legal and on the up and up.

Oh yes if was Reids Son.

And here I thought this whole Amex issue had been dropped after Greer became the fall guy. Apparently they just turned off the burner for the election season and we have yet to see how this all plays out and who gets dirty above and beyond the couple of isolated splatters that have already occurred.
