Well if the United States Government didn't want its information stolen, it shouldn't have dressed so provacatively.

Seriously though, intelligence is everything in this day and age. If you don't secure your information it is like walking alone down a dark alley in the middle of the night while carrying a gold brick. You are just begging someone to take it.

I don't agree with all of those assassination and torture suggestions, but sure if he broke the law(rape, acheiving the files illegally) the law should nail him.

If I wanted to lure someone to a place of my choosing issuing an arrest warrant on the basis of sex crimes would be an ideal smokescreen. How many in law enforcement are going to hold back on a rapist?
