Meg Whitman Refutes Allegations by Former Housekeeper

Because Meg Whitman denied the story until she found out that poor Nicky had proof of her employment claims. The woman she tossed aside as inconvenient to her ambitions to be the next governor of California, now had her nuts in a vice.

But, let's consider your approach in this case. I can't help but marvel at your attack on Gloria Allred, another attorney assisting her client as attorney's are obliged to do. Somehow Nicky's case is just a plot by Gloria. Nicky is being victimized by Gloria.

I can't help but feel that Nicky and Meg are as two corpses laid out on slabs as far as you're concerned. You have no heart. You have no humanity.

As I understand it, "justice" for "Nicky" would involve her being deported, and potentially some charges for falsifying information on federal forms? Dunno if that last is possible.

Assuming my understanding is correct, the overall tone of your post indicates to me that is not what you were referring to when you used the term "justice"

So what, precisely, were you referring to?

At a guess, something that causes some kind of financial/political discomfort for Whitman.

But what, to your knowledge, could Whitman be charged with?

The laborer as you put it, lied, and was here illegally. That Whitman considered her as part of the family, and paid her nearly twice the going rate for her job for 9 years shows how good this illegal had it. Now she want's to come back and sue Whitman because she had to drive to the market on occasion? Ooooooh poor baby. This Niki woman is being used by Jerry Brown, and Allred.

It seems obvious to me, that Meg wanted to hire an illegal, pay her more then the average wage for the job and pay all appropriate taxes and benefits. I know if I hired an illegal alien to work for me, that's exactly what I would do. I mean, there is absolutely no way I would ever expect to save money by hiring an illegal.

The real message here is about how illegals come here and commit fraud by using false identities to get jobs and leave those employers with a lot of headaches when they find out their trusted employee was a criminal. No, the individual that snuck into the country ilegally, committed identity theft, falsified documents under penalty of law, and lied to her employer for 9 years is obviously the victim in this situation. Won't someone please think of the childre.. Err, I mean criminals?

What Meg should have done was become an accessory to the crimes. That awful and selfish whore (Brown's words, not mine). Not willing to help Nicki in her deceptions.

If those documents look authentic to the hirer, they sign an I9 form stating only that they themselves have seen the documents, and they record said documents on the I9 form for the government.

That's the extent of the employers responsibility. The employer is not obligated to investigate further regarding the applicant.

Besides California has some of the strictest privacy laws and an employeer will be given no information about somebody even if they ask.

Yes documents can be forged, which is a problem for the state of California. Thery accepted them.

An employeer is not entitled to any personal information from the state.

If it was in a state that did not tolerate illegal immigration then yes Aldred would have royally screwed her client, she would have been the equivalent of a defense lawyer handing the prosecutor a confession tape, some videos and other evidence implicating her client. California loves illegals so they will not do anything and I seriously doubt the feds will do anything.

The womans legal status has nothing to do with the fact that she commited purgery by signing the forms. California is very strict about things like that. The only thing they love more than illegals is thier laws and courts.

Whos Social was she using.

That person should persue civil action as that person is responsible for the taxes created by the employment.
