No I don't think that....The last of the issue will be when the troops survey comes back and it is heavily against allowing gays to serve openly........
What about that "will of the people" thing you used when talking about Prop 8 in california? It's like almost 80% of THE PEOPLE who support a DADT repeal now. You say "oh you didn't serve so it doesn't affect you." Well, two dudes marrying doesn't affect me either but apparently WILL OF THE PEOPLE is good enough for banning that, in your opinion. And if some soldier is so bigoted that he can't fight beside a gay man, isn't the bigot the problem? Let's kick him out instead.
Imagine if someone told you, "Your kind shouldn't be allowed to defend out country." Wouldn't you find that an insult to the highest degree?
