Comments on the complaint, anyone? My take is, that if this forces O'Donnell off the ballot, this will put Mike Castle back in the driver's seat, and once again make this a seat that Republicans can win.

He was actually electable. She's going to give the tea party bad PR. What amazes me is that there are bright conservative women. Why aren't they the ones running for Senate? How do we get some of the idiots on both sides that we get? The whole nomination process is a broken system IMO.

Violation of Section 8006 is a class G felony, violation of Sections 8010(a) and 8012(e) are class A misdemeanors. These violations are outlined below from most serious to minor:

On October 28, 2004 Coons received 6 checks each for the 600 limit from 6 entities. 1)Red Gate II Limited Partnership, 2) Red Gate III LLC, 3) Red Gate IV Associates, 4) Rickman Firstfield Associates, 5) Rickman Piccard LLC, and 6) Rickman Research I Associates. These six entities share the same Maryland address. According to a 2003 Common Cause of Maryland report these, entities (and others) areessentially “shell entities” controlled and set up by William Rickman to take advantage of a loophole in Maryland’s campaign donations limits. In Maryland each business entity can donate up to Maryland’s campaign limits even if the entity is made up entirely of one or more persons who has already donated the maximum amount. IF any LEGITIMATE accusations come out pointing towards this, then she should have to step down from running.

That said, CREW is far from a source that can put forth a legitimate accusations. Hell, they're not even unveiling any "bombshells" that Wiki didn't already note, as the issue of her paying for her housing in half with campaign funds was stated there as of days and days ago due to her using her house also as her base of campaign operations.

Though it is utterly hillarious to watch a vast number of liberals SUDDENLY have some kind of huge issue with tax issues or claims of criminal wrong doing by questionable sources...funny, I don't seem to remember this great outcry at the time of the half dozen Obama people with tax issues or when you have Harry Reed being accused of illegal land deals or other such actions.

They also have her for a $24.00 dinner at a steak house. Since it was only 24.00 (only 1 meal) they know it wasn't used for campaign business. Can you imagine if they scrutinized Pelosi's $100,000 bar bill she ran up on flights with friends and relatives?
They keep saying O'Donnell used the funds to maintain her lifestyle. I say kick Pelosi out and we'll gladly maintain O'Donnell's lifestyle instead of Pelosi's.

The Tea Party is prime for the Christine O'Donnells of the world to come in and bamboozle them with smart sound bites. Scam artists are always waiting in the wings to invade loose organizations. Without real structure the Tea Party is very exposed to this.
O'Donnell has seen the fortune that Palin and family made without actually working and that seems to fit her to the T.
