Says the right who spent untold hours investigating President Clinton and the whole Monica thing. Can we please get the money spent on that back. Maybe if that congress has spent time focused on the country and not on what the cigar smelled like we could have avoided the recession or maybe even a WAR!

Except of course the Monca thing was in response to a lie, given under oath, in a trial where he was accused of sexual harrassment of one Paula Jones where he was accused of calling her to his room, sat on a couch with his sweatpants around his ankle and a towel over his junk playing with himself, then when she was brought to his room, standing up and asking her to 'kiss it'. THe Lewinsky question arose when they were showing a pattern of behaviors (Flowers, Lewinsky, and about 13 others). And they never got to Broderick or Wiley. Don't forget that when President Clinton was in office he was under constant legal investigation. All of it by request from a Republican Congress. TravelGate, Troopergate, WhiteWater and the whole Paula Jones "Sex Gate" scandals. None of them ever in themselves were able to convict the Clintons. Despite untold amounts of time by lawyers. President Clinton was even accused of misuse of military equipment when he fired missiles at Osama Bin Laden.

During "SexGate" There were over 25 Lawyers working with Ken Star to find anything they could. If 25 plus lawyers spent six months turning your life upside down would they find something. What did they find. Yeah, Monica and Bill had consensual sex. That should have been something the Clintons worked through as a couple. Not something worth a team of 25 plus federal lawyers investigated for SIX MONTHS. That's MY money, that's YOUR money. Does it not make you angry that it was spent on THAT.

I will agree about the purgery charge. Nobody should get away with lying under oath to congress. But he never would have been in that situation if there was not a witch hunt with 25 lawyers. My god man, if that's all they could find after six months and 25 plus lawyers hes a pretty decent politician if you ask me (I have low expectations). Take the members of congress during that time and investigate them with that amount of resources and they would all have been in jail.
 
I don't care what my president does behind close doors as long as it's not illegal (excluding Marijuana). I though Republicans would have liked Clinton since he reformed welfare and left office with a surplus.

I doubt that there were any posters going on and on about how hot Clinton was and whether they wanted to "do" him, like I've seen on this thread. So much for your claim.

Yet, I've seen Reps/cons come up with stupid posters showing the Republican women vs the Democratic women. Only vapid people would come up with some stupid idea that their women are prettier....who gives a **** if a person has a pretty head like Palin, but it is filled with air?
