Christine O'Donnell: 'I Dabbled in Witchcraft'

It's amazing how much Lefties give a **** about what Conservatives did as kids.

But it's amazing how little they look into say... Obama's past. That stuff didn't matter, all that 20 years in a Black Liberation Loon's church, all that time in Drug Culture, his childhood....

maybe she could wave her wand and turn Obama into Newt

Maybe, maybe not. Remember that the National GOP was pushing Castle and trying to take her down. It appears not everyone in the GOP is crazy.

Yeah, this was more a Palin/Tea Party thing.

But Palin is more interested in being popular and making money than making good decisions.

Will they adore her as much after this gets around?

if this small smear is picked up and run with by the usual adolescent chortlers and cutups who peal at their own puerile pranks, all the while championing what appears to be yet another extremist college boy, while covering for this arrogant, elitist, outta touch, overreaching, clueless incompetent in the white house, then, yes, it is quite likely she will be embraced and adored with increased abandon

Did she win in large part thanks to Beck/Palin/Tea Party backing? The people at Beck's 8/28 restoring faith rally? They aren't the type who approve of witches.

you really think the funny dude in tennis shoes when he's not crying is not gonna back ms odonnell?

as well as all his brainwashed minions?

pardon me, but---LOL!

But what about her financial irresponsibility? That's a very adult subject. And Republicans are supposed to be big on it. Embraced anyway?

ask the commie from kenya

It was 1999 when she talked about this experimentation of witchcraft in her distant past, and by 1999 she was already a long time "Christian Activist" and head of SALT - the Savior's Alliance for Lifting the Truth. In other words, she has come a long way since those "witchcraft dabbling" days and has redeemed herself.

But he cannot sway an election. He and all of the other jocks, in lockstep, beat down the Democratic candidates in the last two elections, and backed every Republican candidate. And you know what happened, right? Their influence is limited to their right wing followers.

Read 1069's post and you'll see she's going to have to further redeem herself, in several other areas.

And building her support base. It will be interesting to see if Palin costs the GOP the House and Senate this election by pushing candidates that are way out there, like masturbation = adultery. Castle had a decent chance at Biden's seat and possibly giving the GOP the Senate. That's pretty much toast now. And if the Democrats hit Miller in Alaska well (seriously, that's guys totally nuts), then that could push them back even further from that goal. It's an extremely bad sign when Karl Rove has become the voice of reason within the GOP.

On September 15th Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, CREW, issued a statement concerning Christine O’Donnell.

“Ms. O’Donnell has had no discernable job for several years, and instead has lived the life of a professional candidate, using the generosity of her campaign donors for her support,” said Melanie Sloan, CREW Executive Director. “That may just be freeloading to most people, but it’s embezzlement for a federal candidate.”

“Ms. O’Donnell has demonstrated a disturbing pattern of fraud, lies and fiscal irresponsibility. On her campaign website she claimed to have graduated from a university years before she actually received her diploma – a mere two weeks ago. The IRS slapped liens against her to the tune of over $11,000, and records show that she has been essentially unemployed.”

“Rather, she has lived in her campaign office and makes a profit by renting out rooms – in clear violation of campaign finance law. Ms. O’Donnell also lied when claimed she had won two counties in her 2008 Senate race against Senator Biden and when caught, lied again claiming the two had tied. In essences, Ms. O’Donnell has demonstrated a total disregard of ethics and integrity.”

That sounds strangely similar to Barrack Obama's credentials!

Coincidence???

She's just a woman, all alone in a man's world. A cute one, too.
Republicans are also "big" on women who are too caught up in traditional feminine concerns (whatever those might be) to worry their pretty little heads about tough things better left to men, such as managing their own financial affairs.
They'll doubtless forgive her. Although if she were male, they almost certainly would not.

Well that certainly adds spice to dinner table conversations.

Well - if the Democrats will forgive and accept a racist prick who was an inductee in the KKK then I don't see why her brief experiment with wicca is anything that can't be gotten over.

As we all get older we'll find more people who were heavily influenced by Harry Potter, Interview with the Vampire and so on in these important positions of office - people will always have problems with it and others won't care.

would they prefer a bearded marxist to manage affairs?

I was influenced by Interview With a Vampire. It made me despise chick flicks disguising themselves as vampire flicks.

Yeah, Rove knows (and says) O'Donnel is a big mistake. He would know, the guy wins elections.

Palin says he's wrong for not backing her candidate. Wonder what that's worth? Rove was called the 'Brains.' Guess Palin has taken that role now...

Come again?

How is being a professional lawyer at a large firm and a professor the same thing as "a professional candidate?" And last i checked, Obama hasn't lied about his degrees.

no, he just lied about his relationship with his spiritual mentor, with whom his ideology so meshed, evidently, he titled his first book after a sermon he heard in that gd church of chickens roosting

that was just a few weeks before his threw his spiritual mentor and dear, dear friend, under the ambitious bumpers of his obamamobile
