exactly, the GOP is off track. They want to put down every effort or idea that doesn't originate within their ranks, and even some that did originate with them, once Obama starts using their ideas. They haven't got a viable candidate to run in 2012, so what else can they do but obstruct?Do you have any concept of what is happening, why it's happening, and how long it will take to undue what W. did?
Any at all?
The talking points from the partisan right perpetuate this microwave-dinner, high-speed internet mentality.
The events of 2008 were 8-10 years in the making. Pulling out of it could take as long or longer.
In case you forgot, the stock market crashed in 1929, then there was a brief upturn in 1930 and we finally bottomed out in the winter of 1932.
We're not out of the woods yet and I haven't heard a comprehensive workable plan from the GOP -- just a lot of "we'd promote job creation and investment..." BFG.
According to Reps, everything the Dems are doing is wrong, but the reasons aren't exactly clear -- just broad brush 'socialism' talking point nonsense.
They seem more concerned with gaining back political power than actually helping.
Why stop with W?
Why don't we go further down the road towards, the "entitlement" concept? First introduced by socialism, i.e. Karl Marx, communism, and most significantly for us, FDR and "The New Deal", followed by Lyndon Johnson.
Johnson and the Dems figured out intelligently that they could buy the "lower class" votes with handouts financed by taxes from the "rich". Deceptive bull**** at its heart since businesses and people who make money as owners of business, simply pass on taxes as a part of doing business. That raises the cost of goods so the "poor", who allegedly benefited by getting stuff paid for by the "rich", end up paying the tax through the back door (their back door) via higher prices.

Of course he doesn't care about the American people. Look at the drilling moratorium.
So, your moronic point about Dems tricking poor people is crap.
Up to the challenge on whos point is more moronic? lol
You can argue about how much of a socialist FDR was, but he certainly launched us way down the path, and can be blamed for much of our current financial mess and bloated government.
His administration was also responsible for Tuskegee experiment, infecting black Americans with syphilis without their knowledge or permission and tracking the progress of the disease. FDR also rounded up Japanese-Americans and put them into camps, destroying and confiscating their businesses. In nature, little different from what the NAZIs were doing, just a lesser degree.
