Re: UK warns Libya any celebration of Lockerbie bomber's freedom would be offensive a

I think it's just meant to make sure that Libya understands how pathetic the UK truly is, just in case they didn't get the messege when the mass murderer was released because he has cancer.

Typical American view of the issue. I mean, really, no knowledge of the UK's political make-up and no knowledge of the details of the case. Just a biased view most probably driven (dare I say it) by hatred of Arabs. Fools all of you. This "terrorist" is an innocent man.

FOXNews.com - UK warns Libya any celebration of Lockerbie bomber's freedom would be offensive and tasteless

You can't make this **** up folks, you can't. I hope Libya has a tickertape parade and a night of "Celebration" in this guys honor. Just to MOCK the Brits for this... PATHETIC "warning". I'm laughing my ass of at the UK, and praying for them.

It's funny till you realize just how far the Brits have fallen.

Yes, I'm sure America would have taken a totally different approach -- Mehrikuh doesn't diplomacy, Mehrikuh does bombs!

But, really. What would you have proposed?

Sending the RM to the coast to say, "If you celebrate, we'll blow the ****e out of you, in an unprecedented display of lack of diplomacy that even we Brits balk at"?

You're a tool.

Furthermore, please explain how we have "fallen" -- according to pretty much everyone but, er, Texans, America's the nation taking a nose-dive right now.

Or, were you possibly referring to how we gave up the largest empire in the history of the world to defeat the Nazis while the Americans sat around selling cars to Hitler?
