Do you have a source or anything credible that substantiates your claim that 10 to 15 percent of all Muslims worldwide actively engage in terrorism?

I am 99.99999999% positive you made up that statistic. I am 99.9999999% positive that no credible source believes there is somewhere between 150 million to 225 million Muslim terrorists worldwide that are actively engaged in terrorism.

I am positively surprised that many people believe that millions of muslims actively practice terrorism. Then we must believe that millions of christians actively practice terrorism because of the IRA

Muslim terrorists do not act alone. In the dark shadows of terrorism in general, not Islamic terrorism specifically.... hide, the ones that give refuge, logistical support, financial assistance, etc, etc

There will always be those that believe in the tenets of the GSJ - ALWAYS.

The war on terror is not about nation states. You gotta forget names like Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, borders etc. Islamo-fascism is a security community. If you don't know the difference, you have homework. The terrorists are no more Iraqi or Afgan or Yemeni or Saudi than I am. They are Islamo-fascists, period. Hadji for short.

There seems to be little sensible middle ground on this issue between those who hate Islam and those who indulge in knee jerk defense of anything and everything associated with it.

You are generalizing too much. While some Islamic terrorist have a vision and ideology that transcends nationality, like Al-Qaeda, many others have goals which are far more localized or regional like Hezzbollah or Hamas, where nationality does matter and their goals are strictly nationalist.

There is no "Islamo-fascist" front, and all the terrorist groups you can think of have different goals.

Here's a poll in the UK that might shed some light..

Of course the British have had some time to soften Muslims attitudes toward the infidels but there still seems to be some holdbacks. If the one percent in Britain feel that we infidels should die through terrorism, that's still a significant amount. Extrapolate that that internationally and you've got quite a few who feel it's time for us to go to our own private hell.

You are trying find an "exterior" motive for all these groups and you'll waste your time.

Its ALL about the will to power. There has been some correlation with terrorism and a perceived lack of legitimacy, a voice, etc. Again, the same reason for seeking WMD. A seat at the table. give me one, or I'll blow up your buildings

Again, terror is a tactic, you do not make war on tactics. We (the US) weren't ready to call it the War on Islamo-fascism" and the world wasn't ready to hear it. Give it a few more years and you will see a 'change' in the title. War on Terror" is an intentional PC mis-nomer

I am saying you can not say they do not support the terrorist. They have even voted terror groups to be a part of their government in both Palesine and Lebanon
