Oh no, Hitler again. :lamo
Could we please have Hitler free Friday, please.
I have to say...I think one of the reasons we are starting to see anger is that people are TIRED of the racial bull****. I think a LOT of people...conservative, liberal, republicans, democrats...were HAPPY that Obama was elected. MOST PEOPLE have NO TRUCK with racism and never have. MOST PEOPLE are too busy taking care of our live, families, jobs, to BE racist let alone inclined to be. NONE of us were slaves or slave owners...a LOT of us had ancestors that came over here long after it was over and never had any involvement. And finally...after 150 years of the same tired bull**** I think a LOT of us thought...finally...a black president...now...can we get past all this bull****?
We should have seen the signs of course. We should have seen a tolerance for racial hatred in the church he attended. We should have had our eyes opened when the man accused Bill Clinton...the nation s 'first black president' simply because he pointed out that Obama was more inexperienced and less qualified than his wife. But we just ignored it...he got in office...and...sunofabitch...its the same damn thing. EVERY TIME its conveeeenient. Every time someone disagrees. Every time they need to rally voters these assclowns pull the race card. Everytime. And frankly...I think a lot of people...left and right...black and white...are tired of it.
Oh, I rather think Democrats and Republicans have crossed over that Rubicon and condemned racism as wrong. The NAACP is just pointing to the all too well known cases over the past year and saying Tea Party, you too must cross over to this side of truth and justice.
Really? Is it the "brown" people they hate or the crime that spills over the border?
No, I would stick to the notion that fervor is fueled by racism. It's hard to blame the crime since it has been trending down since the start of the decade.

I think the country has become hyper-racist and even more hyper-partisan than it had ever been.
I also think along this line of thinking the election of Obama has hurt the country. I don't think anybody can argue against that.
The crazies are coming out of the woodwork because they see the most liberal president the country has had in our lifetime so they think that their crazy ideas will be accepted just like Obamas.
The adults are going to have a lot of work to cleanup all these mistakes in 2012.
Yeah, that's utter bull****. It's the Democrats and the leftist whackos that continue to attempt to define the tea party, conservatives and republicans based on the actions of a few. I see you're marching proudly in line with the rest of the leftist sheep. It doesn't matter how loudly or often these fringe elements are denounced, the intellectually lazy and dishonest like you will continue to try to pretend they represent everyone on the right.
Yeah, you keep believing that. You just proved my point with all your insulting personal attacks on me. I am of the opinion that nobody likes an asshole no matter what their politics are. And when the assholes tend to migrate to a particular movement that movement becomes defined by them.
I pity you. Be as hateful as you like. It is enough for me to know that my vote cancels out yours. It is the very least I can do for my country.

I get his frustration. I mean how would you feel to be called or inferred that you are or tolerate racists?
Oh, I certainly understand. I know for a fact that the Tea Party is not a racist organization, (a handful of racist renegades notwithstanding.) I believe, if you just read my post, I pointed out that every party has his whackos. But my overall point was that the whacko's can easily define a movement, (much as the neocon, Bush Corp., Limbaunuts did to the rightwing mainstream conservatives and it cost them dearly.)
That is when this Moon guy came in and decided to make a "jerk" of himself by personally attacking me. (Which IS a forum violation but I digress. (Specifically, rule #4, which reads, " 4. Don't be a jerk - This simply means what it sounds like) But he is nothing new. I have stood in the wings and watched the good name of conservatism be slandered because of the likes of people like him.
I mean, you know me Rev and you know that I am none of the things this person spewed out. All there is left to this person's argument (or lack thereof) is viotrol. Which leads me back to, and proves my original point. When someone presents themselves in a dispicable manner, it matters not what their politics are. No one is going to listen to them anyways.
I understand though. It must be frustrating to know that one's personal ideologies have been rebuked by their nation. Since the beginning of mankind there has never been a shortage of sore losers. I can see how this reality can make one a bitter, hateful, dis-likable person, in the way they conduct themselves, to all of those they disagree with. That's a pity.
Like the song says, "You say you want a revolution?" Carrying around pictures of Chairman Mao, you ain't gonna make it with anyone, anyhow."
Both you and I know the Tea Party, at it's core, is a foundation that is the salt of America. No finer people will be found anywhere else. That is why they need to get in front of this instead of letting the whackos speak for them. (That includes Sarah Palin. LOL!) Mainstream America rejects those kind of messengers. The good message is lost in the mud.
