Police Reportedly Ask Transgender Topless Sunbathers To Put Tops Back On

Sure they do...and they are usually American tourists that do it...

God, I remember hitting Cannes France and one of the guys in my squadron went walking along the beach with a video camera(this was 1991, so they where big and obvious then) trying to film topless women and not understanding why they where getting mad at him.

Umm! Most people understand that harassment is annoying. Does this guy have no common sense...

Well, it is a case of ''when in Europe, do as the Europeans do''. OK, Not really, being topless is optional, but accepting that others are topless is a requirement.

Anyway, an American tourist would need to be pretty cheeky, to come to Europe and then complain about topless beaches, since topless beaches are harmless to others.

I think I knew that guy...and your scenario is my experience exactly...it was embarassing...Spain...Turkey...Portugal...same scenario...made ya want to smack em!

It wasnt the complaining part...it was being an immature ass with a video camera...

Yeah, I have encountered too many guys like this one. There are even videos of me with my bikini top on, someplace in New York, because of some jackasses that videoed me on the beach there. Lucky for them, that I am not the smacking type. Though, I wouldnt mind if some big hulk of a guy smacks them for me. Some men also hate guys like that.

A male is guilty of indecent exposure if he exposes his genitals or buttocks under circumstances which he knows his conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm to another person.

Ha! I love that you point this out specifically.

Since when are BOOBS either genitals or buttocks?

Methinks someone else other than the trannies needs an anatomy lesson.

If the law is written this way, then they didn't break the law. Period.

Again, someone who claims to be for small government wanting to expand the law into people's lives.

Excellent point!! Why, why...?

Why won't the Green Lantern take it off?

 You always post the best comments.

I don't see the point of anti-topless laws at all. Why should breasts be treated like some dangerous and sinful objects? If someone has a problem with looking at breasts it is them who has a problem.
