Look...we can laugh at men with boobs pretending to be women anytime. The answer to this particular conflict is simple...no more womens tops. Equality!

Go to the beaches in Europe and then say that again. Those who tend to choose to uncover are the ones who least should do so.
 
All men should have to wear tops and only certain women should be allowed to go topless. I'll take one for the team and volunteer to become the booby judge.

OK...thats not ALL true...there are some beaches in Europe and the middle east that you have to pass an appearance code just to get on...and...daaaaaaaaamn....

Those are some seriously ugly boobs and by all reason belong to men. There is not much doubt about it. Perception is reality and there is no connection to your examples in all but a few minds, those with warped perception, that those boobs are the source of mothers milk and the object of sexual desire. Some people would probably think "For all that is holy cover those up" but just because they are ugly. I guess we could make a law about that too. If they look like woman boobs and the trangenders are presenting themselves as women they need to obey the law. It will be good practice for them for after they make the transition complete. Maybe they should walk around with no pants and claim their penis is not really there because they want to be a women.

There is doubt about it. Because I guarandamntee you that I could post pics of just boobs and you wouldn't be able to tell if they were male or female.

If they look like woman boobs and the trangenders are presenting themselves as women they need to obey the law.

Bad analogy because women can't expose their genitals either. Besides, they aren't women. They're men. Like others have mentioned, what about man-boobs that look like women-boobs? What if a man isn't really trying to look like a woman, but just happens to be naturally androgynous and being overweight, has some man-boobs?

Our laws concerning boobs don't make any sense.

So now we are going to have boobs floating around without a body attached to them. You cannot ignore context. You may have an opinion that women should be allowed to expose their boobs any time they want but that opinion doesn't address this situation. It wouldn't bother me but a line is drawn and decent respectful people try to reasonably abide by the law where it doesn't harm anyone.
 
Those anti topless laws are probably not all that useful to society. There are lots of topless beaches here in Europe. Nobody minds, or at least I have never heard any objections. As well as that, nobody seems to sexually harass the topless women(or men) on the beaches here.
