Mark Critz Defeats Tim Burns in Pennsylvania Special Election for Murtha's Seat

Is this the way you are in real life or is this an act. If it is the way you really are then I fear for the education system in our country. You need to start with the Preamble to the Constitution and then move forward. You aren't nearly as smart as you think you are. You seem to be walking proof of the arrogance of today's youth even when wrong on the issues. You simply cannot admit it.

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Haha you just keep making yourself look foolish. I clearly stated in my post that I was refering to section 8 of the constitution in which it says provide. Please learn to read.

yawn-you wouldn't know far right if it bit you on your ass. You spew those terms as a facade to cover up your lack of knowledge

Sorry the truth hurts you soo much. As for you lecturing law school, what a laugh and a lie.

Really? Please give me a link (or any other type of proof) that describes what every founder meant in each bit of the constitution.

changing the issue? lame

we know what the founders based the constitution on
we know the assumptions they worked under
we have their writings contemporaneous with the Constitution

you are just being plain stupid now

No, your ego just thinks you do.

Yawn-you just get mad because you aren't educated in this subject and you feel that emotobabbling is equivalent to more than a quarter century of study and practicing law-with an emphasis on constitutional and civil rights.

How am I changing the issue? Replying to something you say is changing the issue? That doesn't make any sense at all.

And yet this bill has been passed by those that DO actually have experieince with law and the constitution. And here we have the aquackers such as you that are just making rhetoric.

If it is unconstitutional, then it shouldn't have ANY PROBLEM getting struck down. Yet, it passed.

Again, you do nothing but continue the lie of you somehow having knowledge of and boasting that you lecture at law schools. Pathetic.

i recall braying jackasses saying the same thing when I said that the dem passed Brady bill was unconstitutional on tenth amendment grounds. Gee guess what happened.

and I readily admit that the courts allow alot of unconstitutional laws to remain-its been a sick trend since FDR threatened to pack the court and Charles Evan Hughes started allowing alot of FDR BS to stand

but I suspect this silly health care bill is going to take major hits in the courts

your claim that I am lying is really moronic because I know who I am and you do not so you post what you hope is true without any factual basis to back it up

since you are so sure I will offer you the same terms I offered some other clown-you agree to a ten thousand dollar donation to this site and I will give Captain C or Tashah all the information needed to prove my claim. If I do that you pay up. If not, I will give the site the same amount. I will even give references including a very well known national radio personality who attended one of my lectures.

The only reason you made that offer is because you know no one would do that.

And please learn what our FOUNDERS put into the Constitution. Grow up

Haha, I like how you post things completely irrelevant to the conversation. Anyways, thanks for stoppiing your posts after I proved you wrong in the whole provide v. promote thing. I appreciate you letting the big boys talk.

And please learn what our FOUNDERS put into the Constitution. Grow up

they feel rather than think

they emotobabble about what they wanted the founders to have written while ignoring the entire concept of limited government and inalienable rights

You don't read. QUOTE DIRECLY FROM THE HEALTHCARE BILL WHERE IT SAYS THAT.

Most Americans would be required to have health insurance and face federal penalties if they do not buy it. And it is still unclear what effect, if any, the legislation would have on rising out-of-pocket medical costs and premiums.

Sec. 1501. Requirement to maintain minimum essential coverage.

Your move chuckles.

As our right-wing friends here try to downplay the crushing setback that this seemingly low hanging fruit offered to their expected 2010 takeover, those in the know see it quite different.

“If you can’t win a seat that is trending Republican in a year like this, then where is the wave?” asked Mr. Davis, (Tom, a former Republican House member and top party campaign strategist) who said Republicans will need to examine what went wrong. “It would be a huge upset not to win this seat.”

Blogging the Primaries - The Caucus Blog - NYTimes.com

To further put it in perspective, from the same article as above:

Representative Chris Van Hollen, the chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, said: “This was the only race in the country today where a Democrat faced off against a Republican and the results are clear. Mark Critz focused on creating jobs for middle class families, while Republicans practiced the politics of fear and distortion.”

Ahh yes, so you can what? Send in your Uncle's information. Continue your lying all you want.

As for the bill, it will stay regardless what you and the other whiners are saying.

sorry I don't work for free put up some jack or get off my back:mrgreen:

No, you'll just send in someone else's information and pass it off as your own.

exactly

mark critz focused on creating jobs for middle class families...

and he did it by opposing obamacare and cap and trade

congrats, mr critz

welcome to NO

Still waiting for a list of candidates that Obama campaigned for that won on Tuesday or won this year in any election?

The politically blind will continue to not see

I don't believe that Obama's policies are the right ones, but I do admit that you have a point. After all, when the market crashed in 1929, it did not reach that level again until 1954. Do we therefore blame Eisenhower for the Great Depression?

Exactly, and it took that long because FDR did the same stupid **** Obama is doing.

In fact, FDR's policies made the situation far worse, and it took the post-war overseas contracts (which shifted Eurpopean wealth to the U.S.) to get us on track again.

What Obama is doing is prolonging the problem, not helping it.
