Selling virgins on TV

I read recently that the "Girls Gone Wild" creators have received approval to have a cable TV version of their show. Now...what is sadder...bidding on the opportunity to maybe have sex with a version (very sad) or having people disgrace their families and themselves for a free hat or t-shirt?

Thanks for the clarification.:) When and if it happens, you won't be facing it alone. When the going gets tough, the tough get going and the weak flounder. There's a good number of tough people, just not the majority.
 
I have no problems with the concept, but I can't imagine the show being all that interesting. I certainly don't plan to watch.

Jesus was Yahweh in human form according to Christianity. He can change his laws, but that doesn't erase the past. In the OT it was totally acceptable with him for men to buy virgins as concubines. And even if the Old Law no longer applies, the Bible never actually says this is a sin either (this is what was considered "marriage" in those ancient times - marriages in today's sense, where a woman gets to choose her spouse would have been considered whoredom and punishable by stoning). So why would God give that much a damn?

If the religious Reich has it's way, definitely. Have fun with that march, I'm not much for walking so I'll stay home. ;) Heck, we might even end up re-instating the Old Law and this will be the social norm if we give them too much of a foothold. heh :cool:
