Holder: Federal court challenge to new immigration law possible

Is this the next logical step ? Is this the step that the Feds need to take? Are the Feds saying that the Federal government has the duty to control our borders ? If the Feds want to challenge the Arizona Law should the Feds be prepared to solve the illegal alien problem ?
"We are considering all possibilities, including the possibility of a court challenge," Holder told reporters

Last week, Obama called the legislation "misguided" and said the federal government must act on the immigration issue.

oK SO ACT ALREADY don't be a Bush II !

Well, the first act should be to strike down this unconstitutional law.

Well they say that they are very likley going to do that but I say that if that is the first step then damn it needs to be the FIRST step in the unbroken line to the final solutiion. There cannot be any other way. It's the entire "enchilada" or " it ain't gunna work. "
