Foes of tea party movement to infiltrate rallies

No, I don't consider you the other side. We often disagree, but I respect how you present your opinion. I do, however, believe that there are many leftist activists who would stop at nothing to further their agenda. I have not found that to be the case in tea party members that I've associated with.

And there are many right activists who are nutbags who make the Tea party look bad. We need to condemn those nutbags of both sides, and work to present our ideas fairly and with respect.

I leave for 1 week and Breitbart is now MSM...?????

The far-righties have taken over.:roll::roll:

You tout the party talking points, I mean, lies well. Bush tax reductions have expired, therefore, that is a tax increase by omission (do... I... need... to... talk... slower... for... you...). Attempts at cap and trade, so far resisted by republicans and many independents, are an attempt to tax everything by the present administration. You somehow don't see that biasing all the rules against existing healthcare insurers will result eventually with a single healthcare provider... the government! Corporate takeovers of companies that should have been allowed to wilt on the vine in order to pay back the unions for their election support... you don't see the hypocrisy? Keep wallowing in your denial!

However, I do have a sense of humor... I got a laugh from your signature picture.

I seriously doubt anyone affected by the expiration of the tax cuts on the wealthy are participating in Tea Party events. Or did that irony escape you? Maybe you were .....thinking....too.....slow.

That....

Or the Far-Righties have learned that stories beginning with (AP) are from the Associated Press and things like Brietbart, just like Yahoo News, tend to repost AP stories.

Called this the day of the alleged n-word comments on Capitol Hill.

This is the oldest liberal trick in the books. Plant some lefties in the crowd to yell stuff that make the crowd look bad, then the media dogpile all over it like the lapdogs they are. No investigation of "who" said it, only that it was said. Happened to McCain in the campaign.

Fortunately, it isn't going to work this time. Most of America is disgusted with the left right now.

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Opponents of the fiscally conservative tea party movement say they plan to infiltrate and dismantle the political group by trying to make its members appear to be racist, homophobic and moronic.

Jason Levin, creator of Crash The Tea Party!, said Monday the group has 65 leaders in major cities across the country who are trying to recruit members to infiltrate tea party events for April 15—tax filing day, when tea party groups across the country are planning to gather and protest high taxes.

Who is "shocked" by this?

Not saying that a major portion of the T's are such but let's face it "racist, homophobic and moronic" signs which logically must be held by "racist, homophobic and moronic" people at T's parties have been up front and evident at virtually all TP rallies and there has not been any evidence that the organizers discouraged the "racist, homophobic and moronic" protestors who joined. Not saying that the TP organizers invited the "racists, homophobes and morons" but they were not sent packing , were they !!!!!

Now as far as the infiltration announcement I find that to be comical and not shocking.

Why is it just a librul trick have you not watch the town hall "meetings" where T's infiltrated those is the dosguised as intelligent concerned citizens !!!

Little did you know that these are actually tea partiers trying to discredit their critics by pretending to be crashers who are pretending to be tea partiers. Nobody ever suspects the triple cross!

where they wearing tin foil hats and did they arrive on spinning discs that no one else sees but are piloted by little green men who hear baby blue helmets!!

Keep it up. Insult as many people as you can. Then enjoy the landslide.

And then there are tea partiers who really are just racist, homophobic bigots.

But is anyone really that intelligent if they judge an entire group of people by the actions of a few?

**cough, cough** ACORN **cough, cough**

Yes, I full agree with you. I am sure there's a multitude of reasonable tea partiers.

Not an insult at all. When most of the people who were protesting at the town halls were asked to define or state exactly what they were so angry with and who it was they believed took our country away all that they could say was " it's socilaism". When asked what was "socialism " they could not pin point anything specific. They would say contradictory stuff such as " keep your hands off my medicare" and then say I don't want government insurance it's 'socialism'.

I will give you this people are mad and upset and want to throw the incumbansts out especially the Demos but they do not really know why. It's like someone is telling them to be angry !!!

Effective work whoever is doing that !!

Let's see a link for all this, buster.

It's sad, but hardly shocking.

Partly, this is the natural consequence of the Tea Party movement, because it had no feeling of establishing a cohesive political identity. There was no attempt to articulate what they stood for. Then another failure, hopefully for themselves soon rectified with a national foundation, was the lack of practical political goals.

In its failure to really define itself, it has begun to allow their enemies to define them.

How convenient....any righties who actually slide off the deck and embrace the call to revolution will be considered to be leftist infiltrators.

You apparently are not watching the same townhall meetings that I've watched. Except for those townhalls that are orchestrated with hand-picked supporters, such as Obama's and a few other Democrats, most townhalls have resulted in thoughtful questions posed by passionate individuals. The result is usually a stuttering and bumbling answer by the incumbent... or the question is completely ignored.

Blame this guy...

Meet Jason Levin, quite possibly the scariest man in the tea party universe. An Oregon technology consultant, Levin is the leader of Crash The Tea Party, a plan to take down the tea party from the inside. Levin says he's got a growing cadre of supporters across the country, and conservatives from the message boards to the set of the Sean Hannity's show are getting nervous.

This the Oregon Tea Party's response.....

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Portland, Oregon – Oregon Tea Party State Coordinator Geoff Ludt today released information obtained from public websites regarding tactics the opponents of freedom may use during the upcoming April 15th Tax Day Tea Party events. Not only are groups organizing to disrupt the numerous Tea Party events, but one site has offered a plan to collect sensitive personal information from Tea Party participants. According to crashtheteaparty.org, “See just how much info you can get from these folks (name address, DOB, Social Security #). The more data we can mine from the Tea Partiers, the more mayhem we can cause with it!!!!”.

Oregon Tea Party alerted local law enforcement to the possibility of disruptive tactics and potentially engage in identify theft through asking for Social Security numbers or other personal information. Federal law prohibits the collection of Social Security numbers except in specific instances.

Well most of the videos I saw was about some bufoon screaming "socialism".
There was one with that nice, but yes ignorant lady who was passionate when she mouthed the same mantra "take our country back", "this is becoming the Soviet Union". and other passionate stuff as if she studied the phrases. Other screamed about "death panels".

I did not hear too many thoughtfull opponents. The ones running their mouths were about as thoughtfull as CODE PINK!!

Its like a f*cking tennis match.

Now besides the tea party, I have a new group to ridicule. Once you create a group that is against a supposed "problem," you increase the exposure of that problem.

This is hilarious. They should make a group of tea-partiers who are against the group against tea partiers, then the circle will be complete.

I think that is the Coffee Party, which is truly the only group of people who could make the Tea Party movement seem like it is ready to become politically relevant.

My Dad is skeptically attending a Tea Party event in Myrtle Beach, SC today. He thinks it is going to be mainly attended by whack jobs. I told him to spread the word about the Whigs!
