‘Take that, liberals!’; congresswoman promises health care repeal
wow that is a very adult way to talk ! So Palin is supporting a whacked out congresswoman who waned to charge all of the Democrats in congress with treason. Well I am sorry but how is having one far out quiter endorsing a far out congresswomen real news ?

This just about says it all "The Minnesota Republican Party gave away more than 10,000 tickets to party faithful for the rally — "Take that, liberals!" Bachmann crowed from the stage — in exchange for a pledge to volunteer six hours for the GOP between now and the election."

I think that Bachman will win but that just shows you that the electorate are as someone else said about some other plac e "are as dumb as a basket of stones".

Wow, screw those moderate Republicans, Palin's going dead straight on for the hardcore crowd

They could be sisters...

As a Minnesota resident I have to apologize for Bachmann. We're not really sure how she managed to get into office.

"Take that, liberals!" What is this, a comic book?

Imagine. One slight misfunction with the electrics on the podium, and the total IQ of America could have gone up.

I hope you're not surprised. Afterall, there are so many other examples of low quality statesmen. On the Dem side alone there is Pelosi, Reid, Grayson, Frank...

Two idiotic lunatic rightwing MILFs. They're made for each other.

That is one of the biggest problems with our system. Some politicians make it into a game.
As for Palin, You either lover her or hate her and the more she says the more your beliefs about her are confirmed.

Some people make it a game, including lots of us here on this forum.

Isn't a "Conservative Minnesotian (SP)" an oxymoron?

I will wager that Palin will take credit for Bachmanns victory even though she comes from the most conservative district in Minnesota. Also the two are considering running together in 2012 for the top spots..

Fact is that Bachman represents those who voted her in. Because of that, Palin is helping her, not hurting her.

... she obviously represents the conservative ghetto of Minnesota. This is what happens when you gerrymander, you end up concentrating all of the minority party in one district. I suppose one wack-a-doo conservative and a democrat is better than two moderate republicans.

I have to agree here. Someone should come up with a computer algorithm that will generate districts with even populations in a random fashion. (of generally uniform shape I mean) I think our politics would be a lot more reasonable and moderate in that event.

I dont even know how you could elect Bachmann, she's insane! She's like the diet coke woman version of Joseph Mcarthy.

My God!
It's the 2012 GOP 'Babe Ticket'; Palin/Bachmann. Or less likely but less bad Bachmann/Palin.

Which leaves Coulter free for me for 4 years.

I do not even see her as a real conservative ..... .. she really is more like an extremist ' wanna be nazi ' with Tourette's syndrome !!!

I agree that The Palin is helpng her but what does that say about Bachman who behaves as if she is a politcal cartoon character with Tourette's syndrome !!!

I tend to agree. He political slant is "bananas," but the GOP office was closer to the street corner she used to stand on while she yelled at fire hydrants.

Did the fire hydrants talk back ? If so what did they say?

Most of the posters on this thread are obviously sexist pigs that want women to stay in the kitchen and bake cookies....

Or are momma's boys that are afraid of strong women that aren't afraid to speak out.
