There was suspicion that Obama is a closet anti-Semite, he then reached out to the powerful Jewish community and they ended up rallying around him.

Now, Israeli/US relations are in the toilet. Is this because of Israeli actions alone, or is it because of the Muslim-loving US president, who has a dislike for Jews and Israel?

We have been kissing Israeli behind since 1948 and have let the Isrealis get away with near murder and we have bank rolled them. Our politicians of both parties have gotten down on their knees and kissed Israeli butt if they wanted to get elected. We have taken the Israeli side at all times whether they were in the right or not. This has contributed to our poor relations with the Arab/Muslin world. No I am not saying that the Arab/Muslim countries have been right too often but I am saying that the Israeli's have not been right all of the time either.

How do the Israeli's repay their sugar daddy and defender? I think we all know the answer.

It is high time that we develop an intelligent policy toward the Israeli's and the Arab/Muslim countries. We need to stop kissing Israeli butt and never ever kiss any country's butt ever again.

It is time that we embark upon a foreign policy that is best for the US not for Israel. When the support of Israel coincides with our best interests then we should support them. We cannot afford to be continuing our blind support of Israel any longer.
 
You better believe it.... Obama goes over to those Muslim countries, bows to their leaders and tells them this is not a Christian country.......If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then its usually a duck!!!!!

Medved although a Conservative is probably the fairest talk show hosts on the radio.......He even sets up time frames where he lets only Liberals call in and make a fool of theirselves.........

I have yet to hear any evidence that Obama has put this country down. That is just a talking point from those who hate him.

You don't think Obama has done anything to negatively effect the country?

What about his repeated lies, flip-flops, and hypocrisy?

What about the back-door-dealing and behind the scenes shenanigans that have plagued every major piece of legislation he supports?

Why is he ignoring the majority of Americans RIGHT NOW as he attempts to deem and pass a major health bill? The Federal government is forcing itself on the American people. 158 new government bureaucracies and agencies will be created. I don't know how anyone can find such a rapid expansion of government into our lives appealing.

Obama is just a crummy ol' politician. A slickster from Chicago.

Hate to tell you Navy....this is NOT a Christian Country. The very foundation of our Constitution tells you that despite every effort of the radical right-wing evangelicals to put their perverted version of Christianity into government...our country is religion neutral. We are a multi-religious diverse country. We are not a Christian country.

at the un he explained that the world's expectations for his presidency are rooted in a discontent with the status quo...

this is why so many around the world have come to look on america with skepticism and distrust

america has acted unilaterally and too often been selective in its promotion of democracy

in mexico he said the US was responsible for 90% of the guns the cartels are using

those would apparently be the same firearms used to kill consulate employees and their families this week

he accepted a book from comrade hugo that blasted america for the region's problems

he stood silent while daniel ortega went on an hour long rant, rising only to object that when bay of pigs went down he, barry, was just a boy

in dresden he said that the world recession was largely the result of wall street greed and he apologized for american arrogance and disrespect for europe

why, the very choice of the ancient capital of saxony, invoking images of the usaf's horrendous firebombings of february, 45, resonates with apology...

You might want to look into the history of the area after WWII.

Let me fill you in on what I understand...

The area was a British controlled state during and before WWII. After WWII the Brits decided to give the Jewish community parts of Palestine (today known as Israel), I'm guessing because they felt bad for the Jews after the horrors they endured under the Nazis. A long war then ensued between the Jews and the surrounding countries (Iraq, Egypt, Iran, etc) over control of the area because the Palestinians did not agree that the area should be given exclusively to the Jews... and the Jews held off the invading forces. After that they expanded their control over the area, taking more Palestinian land, and today we have the state of Israel, and a continuing war in the area.

Though I do believe that the Jews do have a right to land where they are free from oppression, I do not believe the choice the Brits made was the right one. The area should have been shared between the Jews and the Palestinians.

People in Taiwan don't have a severe dislike of the US -- though there have been some anti-U.S. beef protests in recent months.
