Rep. John Murtha, Iraq war critic, dies at 77 (not a [r.i.p] thread) be warned

So many veterans. So many blind men and women who wouldn't recognize integrity if it bit you on your ass. Murtha may have been no different a politician than the rest of them but, he was a man of honor. When Bush's lies to go to war were exposed Murtha had the balls to stand up and tell the truth about what was really happening in Iraq. He loved the military and America enough to pull the curtain aside exposing to all of us some very ugly **** that was going on, no matter how much landed on himself. Instead of embracing the truth and dealing with it, many of you cowards continued with your lemming roles and did what Bushies do best when confronted with the truth... attack the messenger. Many of you found that it isn't easy to tell the King he has no clothes.

To you neanderthals who believe "if you don't support the war you don't support the troops" and denigrate such a courageous man, if you are serving now you should get out because you don't get it. If you're already out, I'm glad I didn't have to serve with you. If you never served, I don't care what you think.

It's not always easy to do the right thing.

On things that have serious impact on our National Security, I say go after them with full force, Democrat or Republican.

Yet it was Armitage that was the leak not Libby. Armitage was not charged. Explain the justice

So Perjury and Obstruction by the commander in chief is ok and setting a good example for the rest of the country.

But Libby was the one who obstructed justice. That was my point. Obstructing justice about a blowjob or obstructing justice about a treasonous act.....which has more effect on National Security interests of the U.S.?

The Pervert Between the Bushes was in fact getting a knobber from his chubby cumsucker while he was on the telephone discussing the potential deployment of troops in Kosovo.

And, yes, his refusal to step down for the good of the country prevented the Chief Executive from performing his functions to the best of his limited ability and it can be construed, that since the Clinton Administration did in fact warn Bin Laden, via a telephone call to his friends in Pakistan, that a missile or too was coming to his vacation tent, that he bears more than incidental guilt in the crimes that were committed on September 11, 2001.

Those missiles were sent to punch up some headlines on the day his chubber chicken choker was going to have a press conference to discuss her grand jury testimony.

Think for yourself much? Those missiles were an effort to kill the man responsible for planning 9/11... before 9/11! Had dumbo put that much effort into allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the warnings he had been given he just might have prevented 9/11. Had he wanted to prevent it, that is!. But you go on believing what your cowboy orders you to.

So it wasn't about the leak or outing a CIA person it was getting Cheney. That is abuse of power and using the justice system for personal revenge. Good going Democrats
