DC has suspended plowing. Apparently it's too dangerous for even the snow plows to be out.
It is even cold in Florida. It will be in the 30's the next two mornings here in central Florida. The high for the Daytona 500 will be 66 degrees the warmest day this week.
We are suffering here in Florida.
It's normally in the 60's during the day this time of year in Houston, with only occasional light freezes at night. Right now, our highs are in the 30's and 40's, and will be for the next 2 weeks. We are blaming it all on Canada. LOL.

Don't worry there is more snow on its way
It sure is. Houston just had a huge rain that lasted a day and a half. That system is headed northeast, and it will be snow when it gets there. Heads up, you guys.
Up here in the great white north we don't call it "snowmageddon" or a "snowpocalypse" we call it "another day".
This is near where I live, and you don't see us in the news.....
Jus' sayin'

I really do feel bad for those who aren't used to or prepared for this type of weather.
More snow to come Monday, and possibly tonight.
It just never ends, does it?
It looks like most of the snow will be south of here. If we get any it probably won't be very much.
Most of the snow has already been south of where you are. Reagan National got at total of 56 inches so far this winter. Dulles has gotten 75 inches.
So, to these photos I say...
%^&*, I guess that wasn't where the road was!
