Yes, one person, not a group.
Which is why, if you'd read my posts on this, I call for the release of all but Laura Silsby. She was the one who convinced the two Idaho churches to send volunteers with her. She was the one that told the DR government that she had the necessary paperwork for all the kids. She was the one who attempted to con the Haitian border patrol to let her cross the border with the kids. She's the one that's been giving her sob-story to anyone who'll listen that she just didn't know what the group did was wrong.
The group she brought with her deserves to be set free without charges, although I'd recommend they be sent back to the States, since they aren't affiliated with any official relief organization in Haiti at the present.
But Laura Silsby? not so much. This scam was her idea from the get-go. Let her face the music.
