Howard Dean: Health Care Bill 'Bigger Bailout for the Insurance Industry Than AIG'

Re: Howard Dean: Health Care Bill 'Bigger Bailout for the Insurance Industry Than AIG

I think Dean is very brave for going against his party here.

He just posted the story and asked a question about it. Nothing he did implied that he was trying to "stir the pot".

Don't be obtuse.

That's exactly what he was trying to do? He made no effort to actually comment on the article, just his little baiting/trolling comment:

so how about it liberals? Should Congressional demo's "kill the bill"?

Um, how so?

He asked liberals whether or not they agreed with Dean's opinion. I hardly see how that is baiting/trolling.

They've even lost Olby.

Hot Air Blog Archive Olbermann: I’ll go to jail before I comply with health-insurance mandate

How do you know when you're most ****ed up Congress/President in history? When you're the most Liberal government we've ever seen and Keith Olberman will defy you to the point of imprisonment.

But if the funds were going to a government plan, he would bend over and grab both ankles.

You're right. I can't agree with Olby, even now, because we agree for totally different reasons. It is funny to see Olby up-n-arms, though.

I'm somewhat suspicious of all the liberals bailing on their Annointed One. Are they trying to make him look more like a centrist? Even if this thing passes in a watered-down form, is it not a template that can evolve into exactly what we fear?

That's what makes me wonder why the Libbos have their panties in a knot. Surely they know that the Libbos in Congress can backdoor this pice of crap bill with anything want after it's passed.

It's as if they're trying to gin up support among the blue dogs by distancing it from the Deans and Olbermans of the world.

It still costs a bajillion dollars, which the public hates, and will cost its supporters dearly next fall. I'm hoping that keeps this thing from passing.

Perhaps we should wrap it all up in green tissue paper, let GE run the program, and explain to everyone how it is all for the children, then maybe this piece of work would sign on?

That said, these people are all working in concert, they get their talking points, just as those people who work at fox do, thing is, their side is not in power!

Follow the money, it isn't hard to do, just follow the money.....
