That's good. So this will be handled by the United Nations which will determine whether Iran was acting against international law and in breach of the treaties it signed.

In order for diplomacy to succeed you need the UN to enforce its own resolutions. That way everyone wins, justabubba. Iran can get safe peaceful nuclear power and enjoy all the benefits. Nobody is saying they can't have nuclear power. They just can't have nuclear weapons, that's all.
